Beautiful avocados! Ripe avocados without browning! I am grateful to a middle-aged woman, an honest avocado seller.
I was always worried that I bought a bad quality avocado. So I haven't bought avocados for a long time.
But things are changing fast. And yesterday I met a friendly seller. The avocados she sold looked convincing.
She said it was a butter avocado, so the inside of the avocado when ripe would be good. Not brown. She also helped me choose the avocado.
I bought two avocados, and this morning I could eat them. I served avocados for breakfast.
Avocados contain good fats, especially good for those of you who want to regulate your diet to be healthier and the good news is that this avocado is of good quality.
I try not to process avocados. So I can still maintain the nutrition but in the meantime I will serve avocado with protein to make it a filling meal.
THE INGREDIENTS
- 2 avocados
- 500 grams of chicken breast
- 1 eggplant
- 2 tomatoes
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 5 cloves of red onions
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- optional: 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- optional: chilies
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
I prepared shallots and chilies. But if you don't like spicy then you should skip the chilies ehehe. I used my manual chopper, with the pull lever, to finely chop the shallots and garlic.
Meanwhile, for the chilies, I just sliced them with a knife because the manual chopper's blade is not strong enough to chop the chilies that have thick skin.
Then I cut the tomatoes into pieces and I also did the same thing to the eggplant. You can cut them however you want. But because I wanted to serve it on top of the avocado, I cut them into small pieces.
I then cut the chicken breast into cubes, but smaller so that all the ingredients fit into the avocado bowl 😊
It was time to cook, and I heated the vegetable oil. I put in the chopped garlic and shallots. Then I added the chopped chili.
After the sauteed onions became fragrant, then I added the chicken breast pieces.
I cooked until the chicken pieces changed color and were almost cooked.
Then, I added the tomato pieces and eggplant pieces. Cook for about 5 more minutes.
Before removing the dish, add the seasoning. I only added salt and sweet soy sauce. Mix well and lift, and ready to serve with avocado.
SERVING
As a serving, I cut the avocado into two parts. Thankfully, the color of the inside of the avocado after being cut was good. So, the seller was not lying at all and I will subscribe to that shop.

How to eat it, we can scoop the chicken dish with the soft avocado flesh and put it in our mouths in one bite. And it tastes very good. I miss the soft taste of avocado.
