I wanted to present this song for week 30, but I missed the deadline to present, which moved my submission to week 31. The past 3 weeks have been a busy week for me and my family due to a major event that required us to travel around. Let us not get into that.
Have there ever been times when you have felt really alone? I’m sure many people will answer yes, and I am one of those people. There are a lot of times when nothing seems to be working, or you feel that things could have been better. You could have done things differently. We tend to blame ourselves sometimes, which may not entirely be right.
One thing I have learned is that as we go through the journey of life, some of these things are supposed to happen not to deter us from achieving what we want to achieve or to destroy us but to make us learn and also be an encouragement to others while they go through the things we have gone through. The hope we have as children of God is that even while we go through these times, there is a hope that we are not alone and God is with us.
Even through our darkest times, His light breaks through. When we seem to have lost all hope, that’s when His strength is made new, even in our weakness. So, guys, I hope someone is encouraged even as you listen to the song, knowing that even in your toughest battles, there is a God to turn to and a shoulder to cry on... Joy is coming, and we are not alone.
