There are so many ways to maintain weight, fit body condition and fitness if you're a diabetic, seriously. However, many people are lazy to do it because they think it is difficult to do, when in fact it is not. I have a lot of activities, sometimes I even feel that 24 hours in a day is not enough. But, I have to keep my body fit even though time passes very quickly.
I go to the gym in the morning, sometimes it takes 2 hours to get maximum exercise. Many people tell me that if that happened to them, they would not have time to make breakfast and lunch. It turns out, everyone actually has a trick.
For example, I always provide a meal plan, especially the breakfast menu because for me that is the most important thing for my maximum training performance. I need fat and carbohydrates to boost my energy, especially if I have to do leg exercises. My favorite carbohydrate is sourdough.
Of course, sourdough is not easy to get here, I also often fail to make it, I even gave up on making sourdough at home. Not far from here, I found a bakery that is very delicious, especially sourdough. I think it's best to get a type of bread with sourdough because there are many variations. For example, the one I like the most is batard bread.
It is very similar to a baguette, but believe me it is only similar in shape. However, this is a variation of sourdough that is easy to make into food or any complement. Like my breakfast this time which is actually very simple.
Ingredients:

Batard bread (I buy at a bakery near my house, you can use any kind of bread)

Parmesan and mozzarella

Olive oil

Oregano, pepper and salt

Barbeque or tomato sauce
I explained a little about making this breakfast, but I think it only takes 10 minutes of your time to make it. My husband and I really like cheese, any cheese but I like 3 types of cheese the most, parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar. But I ran out of cheddar, so I used parmesan with this brand. I like it because it tastes very savory.
Cutting the batard bread is the most important, because you have to use the top to hold the sauce. I use the barbecue sauce I have at home, it's very simple. Spread it all over the top. Not too much because I will sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top.
After the mozzarella, then bake it for 10 minutes on the pan only. Cover it so that the steam rises to the top of the mozzarella.
Now, after it's ready to bake, I sprinkle salt, pepper and oregano on top, and the last one is olive oil.
This is a simple recipe, but you have to know this is breakfast is worthy to maximize your time in the morning before doing activities.
