I don't give advice to others, because I don't know what is best for others, but I can speak with my own example and about what has worked for me, that can be an inspiration for others to take what resonates with them.

After a lot of learning in life I have learned that the physical is related to the emotional, so a healthy body depends a lot on the mind. We can do all the exercise we want and eat well, but if the emotions are not balanced it will be reflected in the physical part. That is fundamental and the starting point to be well in life, mind and emotions.



Therefore, I can say that in order to have a good physical health and to have a good physical health we must first have an emotional and mental balance, that emotions are well managed. Negative emotions and negative thoughts lead to physical health problems of course over time, although sometimes emotional impacts can lead to serious health problems. Migraine, for example, is usually caused by a lot of mental pressure, thinking too much about a subject. The body always speaks.

On the other hand, eating as natural as possible helps to maintain a healthy body, eating homemade things, not pre-made, not canned, and made by oneself, you know what I mean. What is already made by someone else or by a company, we don't know what is in it. It is better to eat simple, but to know what we are consuming. Of course reducing the consumption of flour and sugar as much as possible will help. Nowadays that causes a lot of problems. And in the past those two things didn't exist ... people, for example, from the countryside, were healthier.

And another thing in terms of the physical is exercise, whatever kind it is, but keeping our body moving, because not only do we help the muscles and the system in general, but for example a walk will always relieve stress. If that exercise is in nature so much the better. In my case being locked up in a gym would stress me out, being locked up and full of walls I don't like it, I would be doing it against my will and that would not help me physically or mentally. At this point I must consider good rest, proper rest is the best thing for health.

Behaviours... how important this is in life. How we behave says a lot about us. Our thoughts will be transformed into actions and actions are who we are.

Acting with honesty, first towards ourselves and then towards others, will make us authentic and genuine. In this way we will be transparent to others and they will know us as we really are with our strengths and weaknesses. We all have them. We will be approached by people like us, who vibrate in the same tune.

Responsibility, good work, effort and constancy are behaviours in life that will always help us to improve, to advance, to undertake, to have a better life for ourselves and those around us. Each of these attitudes says a lot about us, and in my case I have always applied them, always transforming my life for the better. Nothing comes from heaven, but we have to put our hands to work for something to happen and sometimes it requires a lot from us.

Last but not least, in fact, I think it is the most important thing, is to love ourselves, to take care of ourselves, because nobody will do it better than us, nobody knows what is best for each person but oneself. If I don't love myself, I can't love anyone because I can't give what I am not.
