Every day of life is important. Sometimes important things happen on some days, and on others it seems like nothing happens, but the little details that occur are always a reason to celebrate that day. Today I simply wanted to create a design for myself full of colour, of things I like, such as painting and writing. But it is also dedicated to all those who need colours in their lives, those small but significant details.
There are days when just the right word from someone is enough to bring a smile, or perhaps a kind gesture, a colour, a look. There are special days, very special days, but that depends on each person. Today I just wanted to give myself lots of colour and movement. I believe that what I give myself, in the long run, I give to others, since I cannot give what I do not have and I can only give what I am. It is a simple design that, as you can see, has a word written in the sand, that word is the most important in the world. Today I wanted to dedicate a design to myself and therefore to everyone. Thank you.
Design process
The design is made with seven images and was worked on in Photoshop CS6 free of AI.
To build the background, I used three watercolour images of different colours, which I placed on a solid white layer. I placed the first one with the darkest colour blend on one layer, the second one on two layers with darker colour blends and focal light, and the third one on a single layer with a darker colour blend.
Then I superimposed the image of the writing with the focal light blending mode and placed the paint palette on top of it in three layers, the last two with only the brush and normal blending mode. The first of the layers with the overlay blending mode. Above all this, I placed the image of the word love, written on the sand with the focal light blending mode.
Finally, I worked on the image of the woman in three layers where I used the darker colour, focal light and normal blending modes, the latter consisting only of the face and adding an added edge filter.
The animation is done completely in After Effects, working on the opacity of each layer and adding lights in the form of clouds for better contrast.

Los días de la vida son importantes todos, algunas veces en algunos de ellos pasan cosas importantes y en otros pareciera que no, pero los pequeños detalles que ocurren siempre son motivo de celebrar ese día. Hoy quería simplemente hacer un diseño para mí misma lleno de color, de cosas que me gustan como la pintura y la escritura. Pero también va dedicado a todos aquellos que necesiten colores en su vida, de esos pequeños grandes detalles.
Hay días en que basta la palabra justa de una persona para despertar una sonrisa, o tal vez un bonito gesto, un color, una mirada. Hay días especiales, muy especiales, pero eso dependerá de cada persona. Hoy sólo quería dar mucho color y movimiento a mi misma. Creo que lo que me doy a mi misma a la larga se lo doy a los demás, ya que no puedo dar lo que no tengo y sólo puedo dar lo que soy. Es un diseño simple que como verán tiene una palabra escrita en la arena, esa palabra es la más importante del mundo. Hoy quería dedicarme un diseño a mi misma y por tanto a todos. Gracias.
Proceso del diseño
El diseño esta realizado con siete imágenes y fue trabajado en Photoshop CS6 libre de IA.
Para construir el fondo usé tres imágenes de acuarelas de diversos colores que dispuse sobre una capa de color sólido blanco. La primera la coloqué con la fusión color más oscuro en una capa, la segunda en dos capas con fusiones de color más oscuro y luz focal y la tercera en una sola capa con fusión de color más oscuro.
Luego superpuse la imagen de los escritos con la fusión de luz focal y sobre ella puse la paleta de pintura en tres capas, las dos últimas con sólo el pincel y fusión normal. La primera de las capas con fusión de superponer. Sobre todo, esto coloqué la imagen de la palabra amor, escrita sobre la arena con la fusión de luz focal.
Por último, trabajé la imagen de la mujer en tres capas donde usé los modos de fusión de color más oscuro, luz focal y normal, esta última sólo conformada por el rostro y añadiendo un filtro de bordes añadidos.
La animación está realizada completamente en After Effects, trabajando la opacidad de cada capa y agregando luces en forma de nubes para un mejor contraste.
