I normally look forward to the end of the season because of the sexy rewards. It's the time when my deck usually gets a major boost in value.

Sometimes though, things don't go as planned and you end up with a bunch of crappy cards mixed with potions. This season was probably the worse in a long time for me.

I'm not saying there's a conspiracy against me or anything. Just pointing out how the rewards suck balls.

It gets better

Splinterlands is a really fun game and I tell you, it can get very addictive. The game traps you in so much that you'll find yourself either writing or talking about it every time.

Just like everything in life though, there will be good times and bad times. Some days it gets really good and other days, you pick up shit reward cards.

In everything you do though, you have to remember that nothing good comes easy. Everything comes with time and that's the same with Splinterlands.

If you're a regular player and intend to grow by playing, then you need to be consistent. If it's possible, don't ever miss a daily quest. .

Being consistent is good from both the economical and gaming point of view. Playing regularly enables you to create new tactics and strategies to navigate battles.

Also, being consistent also enables you to develop multiple approaches to earn on Splinterlands. At the time of writing, there are at least five different ways to earn through investing in Splinterlands.

Interestingly, as the days go by, the number of earning opportunities seems to be increasing. Whether it's through liquidity pools, staking or battling for DEC, Splinterlands offers some way to earn and so it is all about how you can figure it out.

Chaos Legion is coming

Chaos legion set of monsters will be coming soon and it's coming with a lot of excitement. The 8th of December or roughly 8 days time is the stipulated date for the opening of packs.

It's still a little bit touch for me to decide whether I want to hold packs or sell. I've played with the idea of opening half and then holding the remaining half.

In any case, my plan is to invest heavily in the packs when vouchers are no longer needed to open them. For me, a nice score would be around 250 packs that I intend to hold for the next couple of years.

The thing is, these packs are going to sell out really fast, so you might want to get them as soon as possible. The CL pack is home to so many badass monsters that you don't want to miss out on and seeing as it will be scarce really fast, it's highly likely that the price of each pack will run up to $50 immediately it gets bought up.

I'd like to flip them for profit in the long run and so, the only way is to take a chance. Assuming my hunch serves me right, CL packs could also turn out to be a major payday.

It's all about planning, and taking chances. I hope I'm right.
