Hello Everyone....

How was your Friday? I hope all goes well. Is Friday and Saturday a happy week end? I think so. After a hard week's work, we need to get some rest...

Yeah!!! Today is that day...I have prepared for today. For this I bought some prawns and lobsters. This is not expensive. My friend builds a fishing boat. His parents were fishing. So I ordered some Prawns from him. I had to use 10,000 kyats for this. And the other day I bought Sour Fish for 6000 kyats. It has a little bit left over. We will eat this tonight. My friend called to say that the first Prawn I had ordered had arrived.

I took it outside. I noticed all Prawns are over 0.5 Viss, and there is one Lobster. I'm glad because Lobster is one of my favorites. I have to wash them thoroughly. They are very fresh.

I washed them and roasted them in a charcoal oven. Be careful not to overdo it. Because I feel greener is sweeter. Prawns change color shortly after roasting. They bend a little and the skin turns red. That should be sufficient enough. I took them all out of the oven and put them on the plate. Then it was ready to eat.

NEXT IS A SOUR FISH SLAB

Yes. This is what I ordered the day before. I ate it first time. I like it very much because it is so delicious. I've posted about how to do this. You can read this link.

How to make Sour Fish Sausage

After making both the steak and the salad, we ate it together. While eating, I told my friend about the Hive blog and how the blog works. They were also invited to join the Hive blog. I do not know much. But I'm sharing the best I know.

I'm not an expert on hive blog yet. But I always tell people around me about the Hive blog. I invited and guided them. Some are interested. Some are not interested. Anyway, to this day I have been able to invite some people to the Hive blog. Satisfied for that.

THANK YOU TO ALL

GLAD TO MEET YOU HERE
