ENGLISH.

Greetings, dear foodie friends 😊

I think I've already mentioned in another post that I'm not a big fan of bananas. However, at home we always buy them because my husband and our dog love them, although now I tend to use them more because they're great for making desserts.

Yesterday I realized I had some very ripe bananas, and when I saw them like that, I immediately put them in the fridge to make this cake that I've been wanting to make for days. I think it's great to find a use for a fruit that at another time I would have probably thrown away because at that stage of ripeness I wouldn't have been able to eat, until I realized that you can make so many recipes with them 😍

Today I'm bringing you a wonderful recipe. I'm sure you've seen many recipes similar to the one I'll share with you today, but the good thing is that everyone can add their own special touch.

Add the vanilla extract and mix gently, making sure the chocolate is well combined.

Pour our mixture into the mold you're going to use. My silicone mold doesn't need greasing, but if not, make sure your baking sheet is previously greased and floured. This is important to prevent our cake from sticking.

Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. When you smell a delicious smell in the kitchen, your cake is almost ready!

I inserted a toothpick into my cake in 35 minutes and it came out dry. It's ready! Let it cool and then unmold.

Now it's time to unmold and cut into pieces.

All that's left to do is enjoy it! You know, coffee, tea, milk, whatever you prefer to go with this delicious cake 😉

I hope you enjoyed the recipe and are willing to try it.

Serves: 10 to 12.

Note: I personally used Wheat Flour combined with Almond Flour, but you can play around with the type of flour you prefer. If you don't want to use Wheat Flour, you can just make this preparation with Oat Flour.

Thank you for your kind company and support, may the Creator bless you generously 🙏

ESPAÑOL.

Saludos apreciados amigos foodie 😊

Image from thread
