Greetings, friends of Hive and @weekendexperiences, today I'm once again participating in the initiative proposed by @galenkp, in which he presents several topics to express my experience and learn about those of other Hive users.
It's worth noting that the topic I liked this week was physical health, which is about human well-being, ensuring that we feel good and avoid any physical or mental illness. Recently, at my workplace, a small community Way of the Cross was held during Holy Week, and most of the requests were related to mental health, especially given the current situation we're experiencing in our country, Venezuela.
Also, as a recommendation for good physical health, I recommend exercising at least twice a week, such as running or walking. I've been exercising since I was in high school, and now I do my hikes on different mountain trails and in urban areas. I prefer the mountains to enjoy nature and the outdoors. It helps me a lot to relieve stress.
Another thing I do is sleep up to eight hours. I rarely go to bed late; I always go to bed early. In the afternoons after lunch, I lie down for a while and sleep for an hour or two, then accompany my children to their soccer or volleyball practice. The last thing I do is not drink alcohol, because people become addicted. I only drink on special occasions, such as family celebrations.
Finally, to live better, everyone must live their life peacefully and without stress, despite their problems. Everything can be solved with faith in God. A positive attitude must also help you stay away from negative people, because they have an energy that is not recommended for good health.
