Es un nuevo día, abres los ojos, te tomas un momento para ti antes de poner los pies en el suelo; rápidamente reconoces el día que es y van desfilando los compromisos que tienes, pero también los rostros de seres amados que esperan algo de ti. Tú decides si te levantas con una sonrisa o arrastras los pies con hastío.

Ningún día se parece al otro, aunque hablemos de rutina, cada uno tiene su propia dinámica, los acontecimientos ocurrirán como tengan que salir. ¿Ya hiciste tu lista de agradecimientos? Quizá en ese momento se sumen nuevos elementos que agregar y reconocerlos te va a poner una gran sonrisa en el rostro.

La iniciativa No. 15, de Esa Vida Nuestra, en nuestra comunidad Holos & Lotus llegó con este mensaje: A mí ya nada me sorprende, les invitaba a revisar la frase y reconocer, en cada uno, la energía que les mueve a expresarla, en el caso de que la misma forme parte de ese repertorio de expresiones que suelen decirse muchas veces, hasta por inercia.

Como siempre fue un gusto leer las diferentes participaciones, algunas enfáticas en mostrarnos lo inconveniente de perder la capacidad de asombro, con una invitación a volver a encontrarnos con el alma del niño, que ve su mundo cada día con alegría y sorpresa: estar dispuestos a dar una mano a quien necesite la ayuda, sin importar por lo que se esté pasando.

Me pareció valioso encontrar publicaciones con una enumeración precisa de esos hechos que han ido desencadenándose en la vida del venezolano, que han marcado y dejado huellas, pero al mismo tiempo con una recopilación de situaciones por las cuales alegrarse y mantener la fe.

En Esa Vida Nuestra apostamos a la búsqueda del equilibrio e invitamos a reflexionar sobre esos aspectos de la vida, que posiblemente, nos estén afectando, para hacer un balance que nos permita agradecer todo lo bueno, que siempre es más.

A veces, la gente tiene un comportamiento desagradable o que nos produce incomodidad, pero cuando revisamos esa actuación obedece a algún tipo de patrón negativo, o la persona está pasando por momentos difíciles, que no logra resolver, no es lo general, y esos hechos no deberían establecer una marca para no volver a confiar, o llegar a la afirmación de que ya nada sorprende.

Rescatar la fe debería ser un ejercicio permanente que nos mantenga con una mejor disposición anímica, entendiendo que ello repercute en nuestro bienestar. Quizá toque aprender a mirar de nuevo y sorprendernos con cómo habían pasado desapercibidas una cantidad de elementos, situaciones o hechos por cargar nosotros una actitud de «ya nada me sorprende».

Sorprendernos implica actuar para ejercer nuestro rol como agentes de cambios positivos en: nuestro hogar, el entorno, la comunidad y el país. No podemos cruzarnos de brazos, tocará sorprender a los demás para que también despierten porque hay mucho por hacer.

Sometimes, people have an unpleasant behavior or that makes us uncomfortable, but when we review that performance obeys some kind of negative pattern, or the person is going through difficult times, which fails to resolve, it is not the general, and those facts should not establish a mark to not trust again, or reach the statement that nothing surprises anymore.

Rescuing faith should be a permanent exercise that keeps us in a better state of mind, understanding that this has repercussions on our wellbeing. We may have to learn to look again and be surprised at how many elements, situations or facts have gone unnoticed because we have an attitude of "nothing surprises me anymore".

Surprising us implies acting to exercise our role as agents of positive change in: our home, the environment, the community and the country. We can't just sit back, we must surprise others so that they will also wake up because there is a lot to do.
