My desire for Humba, the delectable Bisaya pork dish, has been lingering for about a week. In my quest to satisfy this craving, I decided to contact my neighbor, a friend, with the belief that she might know how to prepare it, given her boyfriend's roots in Davao, a Visayan region of the Philippines.
Fast forward to today's lunchtime, and I received an exhilarating message from her, announcing that they had cooked Humba. Wooohooo! I can't help but indulge in the pure joy of having a lucky and generous friend.๐
Today, even though I was off from my main job, I took on two extra work It's something I've grown accustomed to, especially when I'm staying put without any other plans.
As usual, to wrap up the day, I headed to the fitness studio for an hour of Kpop fitness dance and an hour of Zumba. After our dance workout, my two K-pop buddies and I captured some group selfies, as we always do, and we couldn't resist the urge to create some entertaining TikTok videos in and out of the studio. The dance we performed was actually a new one choreographed by our K-pop fitness instructor. I am still not able to memorise the steps on my own.๐
It was a blast, just like always!
