Hello Friends,

Year 2021 is going into the records of history in few hours and we are ready to wave into the year 2022!!!!

It's been a bag of mixed feelings with Cryptos booming off before coming down at the end of the year while pandemic Corona is back with another version in the form of Omicron and is already making BIG news with over 1 million cases in a single day as I read today.

Cryptos are being welcomes by many countries either thru regulation or making it legal tender like El Slavador did and there are countries like China, Russia and even India who are hinting at total ban, but no official wording yet!!!!

In the era of more and more Unicorns being produced and Blockahin is getting explored to be used in various ways to improve the lifestyle of the people by Governments, Cryptos are still seem to be a threat by many because of the returns it brings and may de-value the fiat and also the possibility of going into wrong hands for illegal activities.

Amid all these, it's been a good year for me in terms of earning Cryptos, playing Blockcgain games like Splinterlands with a new edition introduced and has been a busy year with more excitements with land expansion, SPS proposed new beginnings and all!!

It's also been a year in which, I started blogging on Finance and Cryptos on @leofinance and it's been a fruitful one so far earning Hive and Leo and making new friends along.

This blog is in reply to the new contest by @leofinance about the modified version of "Hive Stats" where in, there is a version 3 phase 2 announced with few changes as I walkthru below. More details can be seen in this LeoFinance blog.

Oh yeah, it's good to see that 9.9% APR as shown from my Hive Stats page above, but yes, it can be even better if I can do a manual curation, which seems to be not a possible one with time constraints I have right now.

The new features:

As we can read from the original blog from @leofinance, there are couple of new features got introduced in the phase 2 of the Version 3 with displaying interest from HBD as shown above along with details of APY for BLEO to BNB and CUB and that is an addition to the already displayed Hive, HBD and Leo price changes.

The other change being the display of a running featured posts as we see above and this will be a good one for people who can't spend more time but still want to see the top posts from LeoFinance.

With phase 3, LeoFinance proposes to bring the option of displaying the details of Leo and Hive staking opportunities with better returns.

How I use Hivestats.io to track my Hive progress:

As a Hive Stats user, I always keep an eye on the Hive Engine related stats with coins I have received and invested as shown above as these details will not be available on Hive Engine and Trbildex.

The details of staking, delegation and unstaking can all be seen in a single page without have to click multiple options.

How I use it to optimize my curation?

I also find it useful in terms of knowing the returns I get from my curation and from my blogging as well as shown above and this is also an opportunity to improve the APR by finding better ways of curation although I mostly have to depend on hivevote to auto vote on some of the known bloggers due to time constraint.

How the recent speed improvements have made my experience of Hivestats better?

Although I am yet to explore much on this, the claim is that it's 60% faster right now and that should be an encouraging one. I never had any issues like lagging, slow previously, so, it might be something I have to check yet and convince myself in terms of the speed.

My Hive account and growth over the last 30 days:

Although I haven't been regular on Hive in terms of publishing blogs and doing manual curation, I have been good enough to reach out more audience in recent times and get better support by the people and @leofinance's support in this regard along with support from @steemmonsters/@splinterlands has been very appreciative and the above screenshot shows my 30 days curation and blogging earnings details.

I have got about $250+ from blogging with my irregular blogging and that will be an average of $8.3 per blog and me being a One blog per day kind of blogger, I can say I earn an average of $8.3 per day from my blogging and I have to improve myself and reach more people to make it $15 per blog and that will be my goal for the First quarter of 2022.

On the Hive Power part, I am happy to have that 110 HP in that 30 days period from the auto voting and as I grow along with communities, that HP count will also be more and my aim will be that as well in the new year.

I think 10K Hive Power by end of 2022 is a viable goal considering I am already having more than 6K HP and with Hive price more, the returns on blogs is also improving and 10K should be a reachable goal.

That's a short blog on the HiveStats.io changes and my investment details this year so far and a bit of future plans too.

I have been a regular on financ and Crypto blogging since a month and I want to take it to the next level and may be, I will also try to explore ways of using Hive API's to bring out few charts with my reporting tools knowledge to have more audience on my blogs.

Thanks to Hive, Leofinance, Splinterlands, SportsTalkSocial, OCD and other communities I have been part of and got supported and I hope the binding goes even stronger in the new year.

A Happy New Year to all :)
