What is Conclave Arcana?

Splinterlands is a card-based game, meaning each player has a deck of cards available to use in battles. From time to time, a new set of cards is released, which changes the entire dynamics of the game.

That’s what happened in May 2025 when the new set called Conclave Arcana was launched. I bought a few packs to try out the new features, and this post shows how we can use these cards in battles to earn rewards in the #splinterlands #play2earn game!

I can't rank up!

I really pushed hard but since the season reset I haven’t been able to move up the league. I’m struggling in BRONZE II. I checked the market for some rentals and noticed that prices have gone slightly up since my last visit. Now I had to make a decision, and I don’t see another way.

I decided to buy more packs to increase the variety of cards I have. For that, I had to invest my own resources, so I went to https://beeswap.dcity.io, which I usually use for swaps. For those unfamiliar with how to do this, I’ll explain:

First, access SWAP and then select the tokens involved. In the first line I chose SWAP.HIVE which is what I had. You may have other tokens and can use whichever is convenient!

In the second line I selected DEC. In the BALANCES input, I entered 20, which is the amount of SWAP.HIVE I wanted to trade. The value was automatically filled with 5020.707 DEC.

That’s enough for me to buy 5 Conclave Arcana Starter Packs!

After confirming the transaction, a processing screen appears, which may take a few seconds to complete. Please be patient!

Now we need to deposit those tokens into the game. They're mine, but currently in my wallet. To move them into the game, go to the TOKENS section in Splinterlands and find the DEC option.

Next step is to click TRANSFER and select the HIVE ENGINE field to locate where the tokens are. Clicking the MAX button auto-fills the value.

Now our currency is in the game and we can buy packs from the SHOP / Conclave Arcana section:

We choose the STARTER section and the price per unit is displayed.

Now we have 5 packs to open! Let's check what cards we got—new and duplicates!

Since I had already bought Standard Pack during the presale, I decided to buy 5 Starter Packs. In this case, we need to be aware that this pack is cheaper because it is extremely limited:

• 5 random Common or Rare cards (no epic or legendary)
• 1 guaranteed Rare card
• No GOLD FOIL
• No BLACK FOIL

Let’s be patient and analyze each card carefully!

The first five cards are interesting:

• Cavewise Wayfinder is a Gnome from the Fire element with two melee attack points, which is currently my weakness since I have few of that kind.

• Fenmoor Wood Troll is a Bruteborn from the Earth element with 2 ranged attack. Expensive (10 MANA), and not very effective.

• Tidal Tsunamist is a Tideborn from the Water element and great for battles, the more BCX the better!

• Stampeding Calf is an Ulund from the Water element costing only 3 MANA and attacks from any position. Great addition!

• Janni Oracle is a Djinn from the Life element with a snipe attack—very interesting and definitely helpful.
  

• Shadowfey Sheik is a very good Djinn from the Death element!

• Gonach Excavator is an Odentian from Death, with two melee sneak attack—excellent!

• Tidal Tsunamist again, same as above.

• Deep Delver is a Gnome from Death with two ranged attack points.

• Fenmoor Gorgon is a Saurian from Death with strong magic attack—a great card for my setup!
  

• Steppe Stalker is an Orc from Water with two ranged attack from first position—great card!

• Cavewise Wayfinder again, Gnome from Fire, with damage-to-allies ability.

• Quillstorm Mage is a Rodentian from Neutral, always handy since it fits many comps.

• Runic Skychonk is an Ulund from Water, also with damage-to-allies ability.
  

• Silverleaf Mage is an Elf from Earth with powerful ranged attack!

• Mad Kaboomist is a Dwarf from Earth, great for Equalizer rule battles!

• Gorgug the Endless is an Orc Summoner from Water, reduces enemy ranged by 1 and grants Enraged to allies.

• Kavor Skarn is a Drakoshan Summoner from Dragon, grants +1 speed with Bloodline Dominion.
  

• Conclave Tracker is a Human from Neutral, quite expensive in my opinion.

• Quillstorm Mage again, same comment as before.

• Portly Cannoneer is a Dwarf from Fire, has ranged attack and boosts allies' melee damage by one point.

• Archer Koi is a Mundane Beast that repairs shields—very good!

This pack opening was very interesting and opened up a lot of possibilities I couldn’t explore before! I got two summoners, which can help a lot in ranking up!

I plan to keep buying Conclave Arcana Packs and sharing the results with everyone!

O que é Conclave Arcana?

O jogo Splinterlands é baseado em cards, ou seja, um baralho de cards que cada jogador tem a disposição para jogar as batalhas. A cada tempo, uma nova coleção de cards é lançada, fazendo com que toda a dinâmica do jogo mude.

Foi isso que aconteceu em Maio de 2025 quando foi lançada a nova coleção de cards chamada Conclave Arcana. Eu comprei alguns packs de cards para poder experimentar as novidades, e esta postagem mostra como podemos usar esses cards em batalhas, visando ganhar as recompensas desse jogo #splinterlands que é #play2earn!

Não consigo subir de liga!

Realmente eu insisti bastante mas desde que a temporada reiniciou eu não consegui subir de liga. Estou com bastante dificuldade e lutando no BRONZE II. Acabei acessando o market para verificar alguns aluguéis e percebi que os preços apresentaram uma leve alta desde que eu havia visitado anteriormente. Agora precisei decidir o que fazer, e não vejo outra saída.

Optei com adquirir mais packs para aumentar a variedade de cards que tenho a disposição. Para isso precisei investir recursos próprios, então fui até o portal https://beeswap.dcity.io que eu costumo utilizar para fazer trocas. Para você que não sabe como fazer isso, eu explico:

Primeiro deve acessar SWAP e em seguida escolher os tokens envolvidos. Na primeira linha eu escolhi SWAP.HIVE que é o que eu tinha, você pode ter outros tokens e pode usar eles conforme for conveniente!

Na segunda linha eu selecionei DEC . No campo para preencher BALANCES eu digitei 20 que é a quantidade de swap.HIVE que pretendo trocar. Automaticamente foi preenchido com o valor de 5020,707 DEC.

Isso é suficiente para eu comprar 5 Conclave Arcana Starter Pack!

Após confirmar a transação, aparece a tela de processamento que pode levar alguns segundos para conseguir realizar o negócio. Aguarde com paciência!

Agora precisamos depositar esses valores dentro do jogo. Eles são meus, mas estão na minha carteira, digamos assim. Para entrarem no jogo procuramos na seção de TOKENS do Splinterlands o local correspondente ao DEC.

O próximo passo é clicar em TRANSFER e selecionar o campo HIVE ENGINE para poder localizar onde estão os tokens! Apertando no botão MAX o preenchimento foi automático.

Agora a nossa moeda está entrando no jogo e podemos adquirir os packs na seção SHOP / Conclave Arcana:

Escolhemos a seção STARTER e o valor da unidade é exibido.

Pronto agora temos 5 packs para abrir! Vamos analisar o que receberemos de cards, as novidades e os repetidos!

Como eu já havia comprado pacotes Standard Pack na prévenda, optei por comprar 5 pacotes Starter Pack. Neste caso precisamos estar atentos pois esse pacote tem um custo reduzido pois ele é extremamente limitado:

• São 5 cards aleatórios do tipo Comum ou Raro (não pode ser épico nem lendário)

• 1 Card tem garantia de ser Raro

• Não podem ser GOLD FOIL

• Não podem ser BLACK FOIL

Aqui precisamos ter paciência e analisar cada um dos cards! Vamos com calma!

• Cavewise Wayfinder é um Gnome do elemento Fire dois pontos de ataque melee que atualmente é meu ponto fraca pois tenho poucos com essa caracacterística.

• Fenmoor Wood Troll é um Bruteborn do elemento Earth e tem ataque de 2 pontos ranged. Caro, 10 pontos de MANA, e pouco efetivo.

• Tidal Tsunamist é um Tideborn do elemento Water e é excelente para batalhas em geral, quanto mais BCX melhor!

• Stampeding Calf é um ulund do elemento Water que custa apenas 3 pontos de MANA e ataca de qualquer lugar. Boa aquisição!

• Janni Oracle é uma Djinn do elemento Life que tem ataque snipe, muito interessante e com certeza vai me ajudar muito.

• Shadowfey Sheik é umDjinn do elemento Death muito bom!

• Gonach Excavator é um Odentian do elemento Death e tem dois pontos de ataque melee sneak, que é excelente!

• Tidal Tsunamist é um Tideborn do elemento Water e tem dois pontos de ataque melee sneak, que é excelente!

• Deep Delver é um Gnome do elemento Death que possui dois pontos de ataque ranged.

• Fenmoor Gorgon é um Saurian do elemento Death que possui um bom ataque mágico e é um excelente card para minha composição!

• Steppe Stalker é um Orc do elemento Water que tem dois pontos de ataque ranged desde a primeira posição. Excelente card!

• Cavewise Wayfinder é um Gnome do elemento Fire que tem a habilidade que causa dano aos aliados.

• Quillstorm Mage é um Rodentian do elemento neutro que é sempre muito bem vindo pois pode compor batalha com vários outros elementos.

• Runic Skychonk é um Ulund do elemento Water que tem a habilidade que causa dano aos aliados.

• Silverleaf Mage é um Elf do elemento Earth com potente ataque ranged!

• Mad Kaboomist é um Dwarf do elemento Earth muito útil para partidas com regra Equalizer!

• Gorgug the Endless é um invocador do tipo Orc do elemento Water, com tem como habilidade diminuir um ponto de ataque ranged dos adversários, e também concede Enraged para seus descendentes.

• Kavor Skarn é um invocador do tipo Drakoshan do elemento Dragon e tem por atributo Bloodline Dominion conceder +1 ponto de velocidade para seus descendentes.

• Conclave Tracker é um Human do elemento Neutro que é muito caro, na minha opinião.

• Quillstorm Mage é um Rodentian do elemento Neutro que é muito caro para o que se pretende, na minha opinião.

• Portly Cannoneer é um Dawrf do elemento Fire que apesar do ataque ranged, possui habilidade de aumentar em um ponto o dano melee dos aliados.

• Archer Koi é um Mundane Beast que promete reparar escudos dos aliados, muito bom!

Essa abertura foi muito interessante e abriu várias possibilidades que até então eu não poderia explorar! Consegui dois invocadores o que pode me ajudar muito no meu objetivo de subir as ligas!
