I was awakened by a loud bang from the bathroom door. It seems the strong wind pushed it shut. When I checked, I realized it’s about to rain—so early in the morning! OMG, is this finally the first rain of the week? Hmm, I can’t even remember anymore—LOL.
Anyway, I’m thankful for it. Yesterday was so warm, I felt like I was coming down with a mild fever. This rain is definitely going to make the day cooler than yesterday's weather. I was outside yesterday and could really feel the heat of the sun on the top of my head and the back of my neck. It felt like something hot was pressing against my skin—that’s the kind of sunshine we get here in the city.
Since I’m already awake, I might as well get an early start on prepping for work.

And because I have a bit of extra time, I also want to take a moment to write about something I’m grateful for: social media networks (whether Web 2 or Web 3).
If there’s one thing I’m truly thankful for, it’s how social media bridged the distance between me and the rest of the world. I’ve had the chance to connect with people I never would have met otherwise—fellow creators, curious minds, kind strangers—all because of a platform, a post, or even a shared hashtag.
It’s amazing how much of our lives now revolve around this digital space. From catching up on global news to discovering niche communities, I find myself learning something new every day. I've even explored new tools like the Ecency app for blogging or shopped online using $HIVE via UQUID—things that weren’t possible a few years ago.
These interactions aren’t just digital either. Some of them turned into real-life connections, proving that meaningful bonds can begin with a simple comment or collaboration online. Whether it’s through TikTok, Hive, or just a good old blog post, I’m reminded that social media isn’t just for scrolling—it’s a gateway to discovery, learning, and human connection.
And for that, I’m deeply grateful. 🌍💬✨
