Happy day everyone, here I am in this community in which I had not posted before but today I chose to bring through this post a recipe that I don't know if it exists as such or if you know it, but my mother makes it and I call it eggplant cubes, where I not only show the result but also the process of how to make them easily and what can be accompanied with

Well, to start, I tell you that this food, apart from being nutritious, is very good in flavor, practically if you give it to someone and don't tell them that it is eggplant, they won't be able to know exactly what they are eating, the flavor it takes is different, of course, that If you take into account the steps that I will indicate here in this post, but first things first, let's start with the materials.

MATERIALS

for the eggplant dice:

  • eggplant (the main thing)

  • oil

  • wheat flour or corn flour but it gives it another type of texture

  • soy sauce

  • salt

  • sugar

  • lemon

FOR THE SAUCES, IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT WITH IT, IT IS AS FOLLOWS:

  • potatoes

  • hot pepper (optional)

  • onion

  • garlic

  • lemon

and spices if you want to add them

If there are no tomatoes since this is not the season, at least here where I live, you can use sauces, in this case this is the healthiest and with the least chemicals available on the market.

CLARIFY, this is a recipe mainly about how to make eggplant dice, but in this case since it was a recipe with pasta, we made a sauce, this is optional since you can make the eggplant recipe alone and you can create your own recipes to accompany it. with anything, even snacks

Well, following the recipe that I indicated, you have to know if you are going to want it with sauce or not, this is a meal that, as I said, you can make with anything, such as snacks, accompanied with rice, bread or in this case with pasta. so I will expand a bit also showing what the sauce would be, but without going into too much detail with it.

  • Well, the first thing is to take the eggplant, in this case it was only one since it was large and proceed to cut it into cubes and let it maserate for a couple of hours with the salt and sugar, lemon, soy sauce and the rest of the spices that you want to add1.

  • After a while, they are taken out and squeezed to remove the excess liquid and passed through the wheat flour. The excess flour is also removed and then fried.

The idea for them to turn out well is to marinate them, the longer you leave them and the spices you add, they will take on a lot of flavor and soften, leaving them crispy on the outside and the inside will be soft and with a lot of flavor, with this it is necessary and you cannot leave it to on the one hand the lemon, the lemon is what makes the flavor stand out

As you can see, a quick and easy recipe, in this case we made it with pasta, explaining how to cook the pasta and how it turns out well is another topic, but I will still show you a little bit of how we did the rest to accompany this meal.

The sauce, as I was saying, the tomatoes are not in season and if you get them, they are green and are not good for sauces, so the best option right now is this one, which I show that unlike others, they have chemicals that are not natural at all, so it is good option

For the sauce we chopped some potatoes and parboiled them.

I really recommend this recipe that is very easy to make and that you can do your own way in the maserado and as an accompaniment, it is practically a meal that can go with anything, I hope you like it and it will help you if you don't know it.
