Well Hivers I been here for a few days now originally coming out for the MiDE dive show at the weekend now that that is over it’s time for a bit of shutter therapy and a short walk from my hotel to the KLCC Park close by to the Petronius Towers in Kuala Lumpur.
Kuala Lumpur is an amazing city and despite all the concrete glass and high rise there are a lot of green spaces.
One of my favourites is the KLCC Park with it’s trees and water features it seems to stay cool no matter how hot it gets pounding the sidewalks.
The other good thing about the park is if you really get too hot you can pop in to the Suria Mall and cool off in the air conditioning.
I think these trees are amazing with all the roots looking like they will trap you if you lean against them.
One of the classic shots people take is of the Petronius Towers from the bridge in the park. I much prefer shooting it from the lower path around the lake.
Is it just me of does the whale seem far too excited.😂
I wasn’t the only one taking photos but at least I kept my feet dry.
It really is far too hot to go Jogging.
A much better idea is to stop and have a lunch time beer and check the photos.
So there you have it Hivers a cool shady green space in the middle of the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur.
