The ingredients I used for this recipe were: Yogurt, Lemon-flavored protein, Mandarin, Kiwi.
Los ingredientes que he utilizado para esta receta han sido: Yogurt, Proteína sabor a limón, Mandarina, Kiwi.
Place 2 tablespoons of yogurt in the cup, followed by 30 grams of protein, and blend until smooth.
Once this is done, add the fruit on top, and it's ready to eat.
Colocamos 2 cucharadas de yogurt en la taza seguido de 30 gr de proteína y procedemos a mezclar hasta tener una crema.
Tenido lo anterior procedemos agregar las frutas en la parte superior y queda listo para comer.
Finally, it's a delicious protein, I usually make it after training (at the gym) and I normally use Greek yogurt, but this one was recommended to me and it was really delicious because it was super creamy. I really enjoyed it and the protein in this flavor was exquisite, so I highly recommend it.
Quedando finalmente una delicia de proteína, suelo elaborarla para después del entreno (gym) y normalmente utilizo yogurt griego pero este me lo recomendaron y la verdad estaba muy rico porque era super cremoso, lo disfrute mucho y la proteína de este sabor resulto exquisita así que la recomiendo mucho mucho.
