Hola hola mi querida comunidad de gastronomía 👩🏻🍳 el día de hoy comparto con ustedes una delicia de receta elaborada con atún y vegetales, espero puedan disfrutarla mucho mucho, tanto como yo. 🎣🫑🧅
The ingredients used in this recipe are as follows:
1 medium can of tuna.
Paprika. Onion.
2 eggs. Breadcrumbs.
Garlic, pepper, and salt.
Los ingredientes utilizados en esta receta han sido los siguientes:
1 lata de atún mediana.
Pimentón.
Cebolla.
2 huevos.
Pan rallado.
Ajo, pimienta y sal.
The first thing to do is cut the vegetables into small pieces like the onion and pepper, at the same time crush the garlic together with the pepper in the amount that suits you.
Lo primero ha realizar será cortar los vegetales en pequeños trozos como la cebolla y pimienton al mismo tiempo trituramos el ajo junto con la pimienta la cantidad que sea acorde para ti.
Next, add the tuna along with the vegetables, garlic, and pepper. I added a little mustard along with soy sauce (it gives more flavor). Next, add the eggs and breadcrumbs.
Once this is done, make small round cakes and cook them in a pan with a little water over low heat until cooked.
Lo siguiente será agregar el atún junto con los vegetales, el ajo y pimienta y por mi parte agrege un poco de mostaza junto con salsa de soya (da mayor sabor) lo siguiente será agregar los huevos y el pan rallado.
Tenido listo lo anterior se procede a realizar pequeñas torticas redondas y procedemos a cocinar en un sartén con poca agua a fuego lento hasta estar cocidas.
