incredible covers I’ve seen from the past week, the talents in this community is nothing short of amazing—every single performance brings something unique to the table. It’s always a pleasure to see how y'all interpret classic songs of the second language in your own style, adding fresh creativity to timeless tracks. Keep up the fantastic work!..
From my own perspective, assigning experienced musicians or past winners as mentors can provide valuable guidance to other participants who are struggling.
Psychological support should be integrated into this competition structure. The pressure of competing can sometimes be overwhelming, affecting an artist’s performance and confidence. Offering motivational talks, counseling, or peer support groups can help participants manage stress and stay focused on their musical journey.
Encouraging ourselves rather than rivalry also fosters a more positive and inspiring atmosphere.
Transparency in feedback is another critical factor in enhancing participants’ development. Detailed critiques from the judges, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, can significantly contribute to an artist’s growth.
Hosting a post-competition session where judges share insights on the music contest and offer career advice can further highlight their expertise and dedication, hoping we bring back the X live streaming of top 6 entries soon..
Engaging them in discussions about potential improvements for future competitions also allows them to feel more connected to the contest's growth.
