Hola a todos! aunque en casa amamos el chocolate, ayer decidimos variar y probar un postre diferente a los que normalmente compramos en el supermercado y como justamente vimos una torta de mascarpone con grosellas rojas en el supermercado Biedronka, decidimos que este combinaba perfecto con estos días calurosos y es que se nota que ya se está acercando el verano, así que la terminamos comprando, además el precio era muy bueno también, es decir, 39,90 eslotis por kilo, así que por 0,399 kg de este postre pagamos 15,90 eslotis o un poco más de 4 dólares que valieron totalmente la pena.
Ahora bien, aunque yo no soy amante de la gelatina, en este postre me encantó porque en el decorado esta estaba combinada con las grosellas rojas que por cierto creo que estas no las había comido antes y me encantaron también, pero además de esto, el bizcocho también viene relleno de nata, crema pastelera, el mascarpone y más grosellas rojas, y se me hace agua la boca solo de volver a pensar en la combinación de estos sabores, cítrico y dulce a la vez, así que si quieren variar del chocolate y comer un postre diferente pero frío también, esta es una buena opción por lo que lo recomiendo pues a nosotros nos encantó y es que sin duda Biedronka no deja de sorprendernos con sus deliciosos postres.

Hello everyone! although at home we love chocolate, yesterday we decided to vary and try a dessert different from those we usually buy in the supermarket and as we just saw a mascarpone cake with red currants in the supermarket Biedronka, we decided that this one combined perfectly with these hot days and it is noticeable that summer is already approaching, so we ended up buying it, plus the price was very good too, i.e. 39.90 eslotis per kilo, so for 0.399 kg of this dessert we paid 15.90 eslotis or a little more than 4 dollars which was totally worth it.
Now, although I am not a lover of gelatin, in this dessert I loved it because in the decoration this was combined with red currants that by the way I think these I had not eaten before and I loved them too, but in addition to this, the cake also comes filled with cream, pastry cream, mascarpone and more red currants, and my mouth is watering just thinking about the combination of these flavors, citrus and sweet at the same time, so if you want to vary the chocolate and eat a different dessert but also cold, this is a good option so I recommend it because we loved it and no doubt Biedronka never ceases to amaze us with its delicious desserts.
