Hello Aliens, hope you all are doing okay?
Last contest was a success blessed with wonderful art works, thanks to all the participants of the last edition . I would love to appreciate @juliakponsford and @castleberry for the opportunity to organize this art contest Beyond human. For each round, one theme will be given and you will have a 1 week and some days to create your art based on that theme. The works will be judged and winners announced (The process of announcement might later change depending on the number of entries gotten), a new theme will then be announced the following week. The purpose of all this is to boost engagement in the community, also to draw inspiration from one another .
This week's theme: Alien Deities
I thought to my self if we humans have a God in heaven how about alien life. They also would gave a super being or alien over lord they submit to. Right there out theme for this week came to life.
For this week you are to design a god or celestial in its alien form or create a god for an alien species. Feel free to go wild with your concept, use any style or medium of your choice. I urge you to include some information on the particular inspiration and technique of your artwork. If eventually you used a reference, make sure you source them properly as that is one of the major rules in this community.
To participate:
* Create art related to the above theme Undying
* Make a post about it in Alien Art Hive community
* Include the words Beyond Human in the title so they are easy to identify in the feed
* Also use the tag #beyondhuman before sharing the post
* Include some process images and discuss the techniques used in your creation
* Drop a link to your entry in the comment section of this post.
* The deadline is Wednesday 9th of July 23:59
* Optional: tweet your entry and tag @alienarthive so we can share
* No plagiarism and make sure you properly source your work if the inspiration was gotten from other works.
