"Hi! I'm Back!" Not Really, But I Hear It's a Popular Trend Again...

I'm not really back, because I never left. But my areas of interest - or rather my capacity to spread in different directions - narrowed significantly on Hive since the early days.

I don't have anything against those popping up out of nowhere reminding us they were at some point here. It's their loss they remember Hive (and the previous chain) when everything is pumping.

So welcome back, if you took a loooong break. Maybe this time you'll stick around.

Hold on to your seats, Hive hasn't finished pumping! By the looks of it, the dump was short lived and maybe some got burned expecting Hive to go back all the way down.

I expected this time to be different. Why? Because we are a little over a month away from the two snapshots that will determine the claimdrop/airdrop of LARYNX miners (SPK Network) and Ragnarok cards/tokens Hive holders will receive. I'm sure many are still positioning themselves for those those events, and I doubt we will see any selloff before the snapshots. After that, we will likely see a selling pressure, as always after these events.

That's why, even if I sold some Hive when it spiked - actually on the way down, because I wasn't paying attention - I bought it back soon after, at around $2.25. Not close to the local minimum, but safe and a quick way to add some Hive.

I remember a time when my Hive stake was worth less than 1500 USD and Hive around 11-12 cents. I haven't sold 1 Hive then or before. But what an opportunity to pump our Hive bags that was... A missed boat for me...

But we can't get them all right, can we? At least I stayed consistent with Splinterlands and kept everything or bought even more when there was a complicated moment for them, right after the switch from the other chain, when a few whales got upset and dumped.

Apparently we won't have a blowoff top for bitcoin in December. That's ok, we might have one for Hive!

Get ready for liftoff?! :)
