Our health is our treasure and so we need to take proper care of it. In other to function properly both mentally, physically and emotionally here are some few helpful tip that i find really helpful and practical.

Take out time to write at least three things you re grateful for it would help you reduce stress. So instead of always complaining just show gratitude.

    Imagine suffering burnout and anxiety because of overcommitment. I am not saying you shouldn't be there for people, just Learn to say no and protect your space and time. It helps you preserve your energy and mental health. Setting boundaries are a form of self-respect and it helps others understand how to treat you.

  2. Be Present, Not Perfect
    When you are striving to be perfect you will just get stressed out and disappointed. Just be present, enjoy the moment and trust the process, weather you are working or eating or spending time with family and friends. You will enjoy some measure of peace and genuine connections.

3 Health Tips for a Better Life

  1. Stay hydrated
    Water is life, it is very essential for almost every bodily function, digestion, skin, energy and even your mood. Dehydrated can cause dizziness, headache and make you sick.
    So aim for at least 2_3 liters a day, depending on your body and activity.

  2. Eat healthy
    Have you heard the saying " you are what you eat" that word is so true because if you try eating healthy cooked meals instead of junks, Your body will thank you.
    The whole essence of our hard work is to eat and drink that's a gift, so make wise use of it.
    Eat good food, and drink health drinks.

  3. Have Quality Sleep/ rest
    Sleep is the only way out body rest. Lack of sleep affects your immune system, your focus, your emotions and even your weight. When you don't have quality sleep and rest, it can lead to chronic health problem. Sleep at least 7_9 hours a night and try maintaining a calm bedtime routine.
