Not every day will be a victory

Not every day we can claim victories. Not all wars will win...

And that's the "grace" of life. Even because if we only had victories the whole world had victories in this case, life would be different, different from what we are not used to living. It would be a completely different world in every way.

But aside from this utopian world, we in our lives have already gone through many battles. And we never start anything if not to win or win. As simple as it is, the instinct and will to win is there and it will blossom even more when you realize you're capable. But we don't always put all this effort into achieving it, as it is tiring and arduous. And we have to understand that we lose more than we gain in our attempts. But when we win, we gain a value that makes up for all the losses so far.

We can see the sale example. Going out to sell door-to-door, trade by trade (I've done that in my life), no one is totally willing to buy, and NO we already have. We try to hear the yes. So we went from place to place demonstrating, offering, trying to close a sale. We heard and heard many no's. Some people give up on the first no... And that's totally wrong. You have to keep going until you hear the yes. So after several and many a YES does not arrive, a yes that is worth all the no you took, the profit you have already paid for all day. So you get motivated and go after another yes... And go through many and many no and hear another yes... And that's life.

There will be times when you will receive more YES than normal, as you will receive more NO than normal. But you have to understand that these are moments, phases and that you cannot give up. You have to keep believing how you started back there the first time you left.

This is my reflection of a week that has been more of a "no" than a "yes", but we continue to struggle with everything. On the other hand, today is an important day: It was the day I got the Covid vaccine!

Another fight won, but we will have many others and we will continue...

Nem todos os dias podemos cantar vitórias. Nem todas guerras iremos vencer...

E essa é a a "graça" da vida. Até porque se a gente só tivesse vitórias o mundo todo tivesse vitórias no caso a vida seria outra, diferente do que nós não estamos acostumados a viver. Seria um mundo completamente diferente em todos os sentidos.

Mas tirando esse mundo utópico, nós em nossas vidas já passamos por muitas batalhas. E nunca começamos nada se não for para vencer ou ganhar. Por mais simples que seja, o instinto e a vontade de vencer está lá e ela irá florescer ainda mais quando você percebe que é capaz. Só que nem sempre dedicamos todo esse esforço para conseguir, pois é cansativo e árduo. E temos que entender que mais perdemos do que ganhamos nas tentativas nossas. Mas que quando ganhamos a gente ganha um valor que compensa todas as derrotas até então.

Podemos ver no exemplo de venda. Sair vender de porta em porta, comércio a comércio (já fiz isso na minha vida), ninguém está totalmente disposto a comprar, e o NÃO a gente já tem. A gente tenta ouvir o sim. Então saímos de lugar a lugar demonstrando, oferecendo, tentando fechar uma venda. Ouvimos e ouvimos muitos nãos. Algumas pessoas desistem no primeiro não... E isso está totalmente errado. Tem de continuar até ouvir o sim. Então depois de vários e vários não chega um SIM, um sim que vale a pena todos os não que tomou, o lucro que já pagou o seu dia todo. Então você se motiva e vai atrás de mais outro sim... E passa por vários e vários não e escuta outro sim... E assim é a vida.

Vai ter épocas que você vai receber mais SIM do que o normal, como vai receber mais NÃO do que o normal. Mas tem que entender que são momentos, fases e que não pode desistir. Tem que continuar acreditando como você começou lá atrás na primeira vez que saiu.

Esse é uma reflexão minha de uma semana que tem sido mais de "não" do que de "sim", mas que seguimos lutando perante a tudo. Em contra partida, hoje um dia importante: Foi o dia que eu tomei a vacina contra Covid!

Mais uma luta vencida, mas teremos muitos outras e seguimos...
