  • 1 cebolla

PREPARACIÓN/PREPARATION

Lo primero que haremos es picar en cubos o tiras el pollo y aderezamos con sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo y mostaza mezclamos y dejamos reposar, luego picamos la cebolla en tiras, finamente el perejil o cilantro, destapamos y escurrimos los champiñones y sacamos en arbolitos el brócoli lo partimos por la mitad y cocinamos al vapor hasta que quede al dente.
