Hola mis queridos amigos , feliz noche para todos , espero que se encuentren bien ,llenos de salud , hoy miércoles nos encontramos feliz de haber tenido un encuentro con mis amigos del equipo Hiverun , nuestro recorrido de hoy fue bastante fuerte porque aprovechamos el tiempo ,debido a que se aproximaba la lluvia , hoy nos reunimos al rededor de las 4 y 30 , estaba un tiempo bastante nublado pero lo mejor de todo fresco
Realizamos un breve calentamiento para entonar nuestros músculos, nos dirigimos vía nacional ,sector la variante , fue bastante fresco , como les mencioné había tiempo de lluvia , sostuve un verdadero récord , 6 kilómetros con mucha velocidad e intensidad por qué se aproximaba la lluvia y aún así nos alcanzó, los teléfonos se nos estaban mojando ,fue una salida en apuros pero divertida , nos distraemos sanamente , compartimos excelentes consejos de parte de los compañeros .
