Por aquí todo bien gracias a Dios. En esta ocasión quiero compartirles la sorpresa que me dio mi pareja el día de mi cumple, y la cena que tuvimos familiar.

All is well here thanks to God. This time I want to share with you the surprise my partner gave me on my birthday, and the dinner we had with my family.
Quiero empezar diciendo que yo no sabía absolutamente nada, es más, días anteriores mi esposo me había comentado que ese día le tocaba trabajar, por ende, llegaría un poco tarde, evidentemente me achicopale un poco porque como ya les he mencionado mi cumpleaños es un día mega especial para mí, y siempre quiero compartirlo con mis seres más preciados.
I want to start by saying that I knew absolutely nothing, in fact, days before my husband had told me that he had to work that day, therefore, he would be a little late, obviously I was a little upset because as I have already mentioned my birthday is a mega special day for me, and I always want to share it with my most precious ones.
Resulta que cuando llega el sábado, él me dice que me invitará a desayunar, yo super encantada jaja, pedimos una empanada yo de carne molida (mis favoritas siempre) y él de pollo, también había papa rellena y yo por muy loco que suene nunca las había probado ¿qué tal? Jajaja. Así que pedimos dos, y me encantaron, había con chuleta, desmechada, molida, cazón, todo. Yo pedí de mechada, y estaban verdaderamente riquísimas.
It turns out that when Saturday arrives, he tells me that he will invite me to breakfast, I was super delighted haha, we ordered an empanada, me with ground beef (my favorite always) and him with chicken, there were also stuffed potatoes and as crazy as it sounds I had never tried them, how about that? hahaha. So we ordered two, and I loved them, there were chops, shredded, ground, dogfish, everything. I ordered mechada, and they were really delicious.
Luego de ahí, fuimos a una mueblería cercana de donde estábamos comiendo… Por supuesto todo estaba planificado por mi esposo. Y empezamos a ver las cosas y me dice que me regalara un televisor, yo tipo: QUÉÉÉ. Ya esto es algo que llevábamos hablando por mucho tiempo, de hecho, estábamos empezando a reunir para comprarnos un Smart Tv. Resulta que él ya tenía la plata guardada, y me quiso dar la sorpresa.
After that, we went to a furniture store near where we were eating... Of course everything was planned by my husband. And we started looking at things and he tells me to get a TV, I was like, WHAT WHAT. Already this is something we had been talking about for a long time, in fact, we were starting to get together to buy a Smart Tv. Turns out he already had the money saved up, and wanted to surprise me.
Yo estaba casi que lloraba, porque de verdad necesitábamos un televisor, y no me esperaba para nada ese detalle, lo compramos y yo me sentía al llegar a la casa como una niña con juguete nuevo jajaja. Yo super contenta, emocionada y agradecida, por el regalo. Nunca he pedido nada en específico, porque siempre he pensado que el regalo no es el detalle sino las personas que lo dan, su tiempo y su presencia es más que suficiente. 😍🤗
I was almost in tears, because we really needed a TV, and I was not expecting that detail at all, we bought it and I felt like a little girl with a new toy when I got home hahaha. I was super happy, excited and grateful for the gift. I have never asked for anything specific, because I have always thought that the gift is not the detail but the people who give it, their time and their presence is more than enough.
En la tarde, vinieron mis padres, pasamos un rato charlando, me dieron una cafetera que también la necesitaba porque, aunque yo no tomo café (y me disculpan las personas que son fan del café jeje) mi esposo sí, entonces era como un regalo para los dos porque así lo hago de manera mucho más práctica. 🥹✨
In the afternoon, my parents came over, we spent some time chatting, they gave me a coffee maker that I also needed because, although I don't drink coffee (and excuse me for people who are coffee fans hehe) my husband does, so it was like a gift for both of us because this way I do it in a much more practical way.
En la noche, comimos en un mini restaurant que queda como a veinte minutos de la casa, se llama la Carraca, un ambiente bastante agradable, cálido, me encanta que la iluminación es tenue, y de verdad la atención 10/10. La pasé excelente, pedidos pollo a la canasta (era también primera vez que lo comía) pollo en trozos, con papitas fritas y ensalada césar. ¡Lo amé! Y era tanta la porción que sirvieron en el plato que no logré comérmelo todo, sin embargo, estaba delicioso. Y lo acompañamos con un coctel de parchita. 🤤
In the evening, we ate at a mini restaurant that is about twenty minutes from the house, it's called La Carraca, a very nice, warm atmosphere, I love that the lighting is dim, and really the service is 10/10. I had an excellent time, I ordered chicken a la canasta (it was also the first time I had eaten it) chicken in pieces, with french fries and caesar salad, I loved it! And there was so much on the plate that I didn't manage to eat it all, but it was delicious. And we accompanied it with a parchita cocktail.
Mis 24 años los recibí contenta, en familia, con los seres que amo, porque no hay nada más reconfortante que pasar tiempo con tus seres queridos. Ese regalo no lo cambio por nada, no tiene precio y no se compara jamás. El regalo de la vida es más que suficiente para sentirme agradecida y plena, por la salud, el amor y las bendiciones.
I received my 24th birthday happy, with my family, with the people I love, because there is nothing more comforting than spending time with your loved ones. I wouldn't trade that gift for anything, it is priceless and never compares. The gift of life is more than enough to make me feel grateful and full, for health, love and blessings. ✨🥹🙏
