En la locura de nuestro día a día, donde muchas veces hasta el cerebro se nos “recalienta”, los amigos se convierten en ese respirito que nos permiten ver las cosas con más calma o simplemente desde otra perspectiva. Y muchas veces esos amigos que solo creemos amigos de repente se convierten en pilares fundamentales que sostienen nuestro bienestar emocional, mental e incluso físico, simplemente haciendo compañía en este viaje que llamamos vida.
Hola mi gente de LifeStyle hoy quiero compartir con ustedes que hace poco una de mis grandes amigas celebró su vida y yo la celebré con ella y antes y durante la celebración me di cuenta de todos los momentos que hemos pasado juntas y que sí me ha acompañado en los momentos más duros, en las alegrías más grandes o simplemente cuando había que hacer silencio. Me di cuenta finalmente que ella es más que una amiga, simplemente nos convertimos en una especie de familia.
Y sí, ella no es perfecta, lo más probable es que yo tampoco lo soy, pero algo bien lindo es saber que a pesar de todas las situaciones, problemas, percances que podamos tener a diario, de alguna manera siempre estamos ahí una para la otra, en esos días blancos, negros o grises.
Aja y todo puede parecer muy lindo, pero la amistad no es un camino unidireccional. Necesita esfuerzo, compromiso y reciprocidad y empatía. Al igual que una planta necesita agua y sol para florecer, las amistades necesitan tiempo, atención y cuidado para prosperar. Esto implica ser un buen oyente, ofrecer apoyo en momentos de necesidad, celebrar los éxitos de nuestros amigos y estar presente incluso cuando la vida se vuelve una loquera.
En ocasiones me pasa que mis amistades son muy, muy diferentes a mí y sí claro que me gustaría quizás tener más puntos en común, pero muchas veces lo que nos une es el simple hecho de haber estado ahí cuando ambas nos necesitábamos. Nos une el amor, la confidencia y el apoyo.

Hello my LifeStyle people today I want to share with you that recently one of my great friends celebrated her life and I celebrated it with her and before and during the celebration I realised all the moments we have spent together and that she has accompanied me in the hardest moments, in the greatest joys or simply when it was necessary to be silent. I finally realised that she is more than a friend, we have simply become a kind of family.
And yes, she's not perfect, most probably I'm not either, but it's nice to know that despite all the situations, problems, mishaps we may have on a daily basis, somehow we are always there for each other, on those white, black or grey days.
Aha, and it may all sound very nice, but friendship is not a one-way street. It needs effort, commitment and reciprocity and empathy. Just as a plant needs water and sunshine to flourish, friendships need time, attention and care to thrive. This means being a good listener, offering support in times of need, celebrating our friends' successes and being present even when life gets crazy.
Sometimes I find that my friends are very, very different from me and yes, I would like to perhaps have more in common, but often what unites us is the simple fact that we were there for each other when we both needed each other. We are united by love, confidence and support.
