Good day, Hive friends!! Quick Question: Have you tried swimming with your friends during this summer vacation?
If you're asking me the same question, well my answer is yes. Many times actually and with different sets of friends. This time I'm with my original group of friends. My ALWAYS IN ALL WAYS.
If you guys haven't tried swimming with your friends, well the summer vacation is still not over. If I'm not mistaken there's still 1 month left. Go ask your friends and plan your beach trip. Now, let's get started with my beach escape with friends.
THE PLAN THAT KEEPS GETTING POSTPONED
Ever since the school year 2024-2025 ended, me and my friends started planning our beach trip. We didn't even know that our beach trip will become a reality ot it will just remain as a plan. We planned our beach trip many times but it keeps getting postponed. Some of us are not allowed to join our beach trip because of family reasons. At first, I wasn't even allowed to join our beach trip and I did the crying effect just to make my parents guilty. And it worked! They allowed me to join our beach trip. I was so happy. We planned to go to Anapog, San Remigio, Cebu because mostly all of us have already been there and the beaches are the best. In fact, many Filipino celebrities go there to have their very own beach trip.

The day that our plans finally became a reality. I was so excited to the point that I literally woke up earlier than usual.
Jam, Lorene, and I planned to go there together. Since Jam's house is the farthest, he was the one who picked us up.

So awkward. LOL.
After picking Lorene up from their house, the atmosphere is not awkward anymore. I think it's because of Lorene's vibrant personality.
After 5 minutes, we've finally arrived at our meeting place.
Which is a Gasoline Station that's owned by one of my friends auntie.
We were waiting for Micah to arrive in order for us to go to the beach together.
After micah arrived, we immediately walked for 5 minutes to get to the beach.

When we arrived at the beach, we immediately prepared our foods.
This is my friends preparing the uling.
We planned to cook sinugbang baboy or grilled pork in english.

I was the one who caried and bought the uling.
When the uling was ready for grilling, Jam immediately started cooking.
He was the head chef.
While Jam was cooking, we heard these three local kids shouting.
They said that there's a sea snake and me and my friends were shocked.
The three local kids wasn't evern afraid. They went to the sea snake and brought it to shore. When they said that it's already dead, we were relieved.
We immediately went to the dead sea snake and it was so stinky.
The three local kids buried the sea snake and had a funeral. They were even crying, it was just a fake cry but it made us laugh really hard.
After that, I helped Jam grill the remaining pork.
After 5 more minutes, all the pork was cooked and ready to serve.
It might look overcooked but it actually tasted so good.
Lorene and I were tasked to get a banana leaf in order for us to have a “Budol Fight”.

Jam was the one who made the “imal” shaped rice. “Imal” is just the reverse of the word “lami” which translates to “Yummy” or “Tasty” in English.

After taking pictures, we immediately started eating. I was already full that time because while cooking, I was already eating.

I don't know how to pose. It was so awkward.
After taking some pictures, we immediately changed our clothes and started swimming.
Lorene did not swim though because her grandmother didn't let her swim. So she just decided to take many pictures of us while swimming.

After one-three hours of swimming, we immediately change your clothes and cleaned the cottage.
Micah was the last one to change her clothes, so we decided to prank her. But my silly hiccups ruined our prank. LOL. But it was still so funny.
After our prank, we immediately head back to the gasoline station and while waiting for the tricycle, my friends decided to play UNO.
It was so funny because they literally played in front of the Gasoline Station
