Hoy iniciamos el día entrenando con la mejor actitud a pesar de que tenía un sueño terrible esta mañana, igual me cumplí con mi entrenamiento, estaba sin muchos ánimos, pero una vez que uno entrena como que todo cambia y se siente súper bien, a ver culminado con existo, llegué a casa me bañe y desayune me hice un cafecito con leche sin azúcar, luego descanse un rato, para ponerme hacer el almuerzo.

Me puse a picar la carne en tiras, la cebolla y una tomate, sazoné mi carne y coloqué hacerla, mientras montaba el arroz y hacía una ensalada tipo César, una vez listo espero a mi esposo para comer 🍽️ comimos y nos acostamos a descansar un rato, y tenemos días que queríamos probar unas bombas de un lugar y no dude en hacerles un pedido para ver qué tal son, el delivery tardo muchísimo en llegar, perooo a que no saben? Estaba ricas y no le escatiman arequipe, ni la crema, la masita estaba muy suavecitas, las volvería a pedir? Si 👏
