So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to end. We are currently on the first topic for this week, which is “SOCIAL MEDIA AND POLITICS”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last topic, which was “MAKE A DECISION”.
This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about the steps they took when they had to make a decision. Whether major or minor decisions, there are steps to take to ensure that such decisions are not taken lightly.
We got to see the different approaches to decision-making, why people make certain decisions, and why such steps work for them. Making decisions can be life-changing on many occasions, and the decisions we make today could very well be the bedrock on which the rest of our lives will be built. It was an enlightening topic.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w161e3 tag. And with the number of wonderful posts out there, it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. He also pays attention to the advantages and disadvantages of such a decision, this way, he takes all factors into account and makes a more logical decision.

For this author, she told us that making decisions was one of the most vital parts of humanity because everything that had to do with humans hinged on their decision-making skills. Sometimes, experiences and assumptions help shape our decisions. Other times, statistics also play a huge role. Sadly, none of these can be a guarantee that one would make the right decision.

For this author, she told us that making decisions is not a one-way street. Sometimes, despite all the time and processes we apply when making them, they still turn out to be the wrong one. She has steps and processes she takes when making major decisions, and approaching this with intentionality has helped her to make better decisions in the long run.
