How to Buy a Centauri Pack on Hive Engine and How to Transfer and Open It on Moon Karts
STEP-BY-STEP-GUIDE
It is several months that I play and have fun on Moonkarts which is a Hive-based arcade race game that is part of the games featured on the Arcade Colony platform.
If you don't know Moon Karts, you can read the guide I wrote in which I explained how to start playing indicating also all initial requirements.

On Moon Karts NFTs play an important role because:
- they form the Kart Preset and the statistics of the NFTs equipped in the Kart Preset are summed to define the total statistics that can be used in the game.
- when placed in staked in the Auto Vault section, the NFTs produce FUEL which is a game element needed to play in the multiplayer mode, to compete with other players, and to earn in-game rewards.
The NFT of Moon Karts can be purchased individually in the Market or can be found in the CENTAURI packs that contain 5 cards.
Today, May 27, 2025, you cannot purchase CENTAURI packs in the SHOP of Moon Karts because the packs are Sold Out.
The only way to buy 1 CENTAURI pack is to use Hive Engine in which CENTAURI tokens (the tokenized version of CENTAURI packs) are for sale.
To purchase 1 CENTAURI packs on Hive Engine:
- you need to go to https://hive-engine.com/
- then you need to click on Login

then you have to enter your Hive username

then you have to click on Login using Keychain.

then you have to click on Confirm in the Sign Message screen of Hive Keychain

Then you have to click on Market and type CENTAURI in the token search field or you can go directly here: https://hive-engine.com/trade/CENTAURI
- then you need to click on the value of the best sale offer
- in the quantity field you need to enter 1 if you want to buy 1 single CENTAURI token or a larger value if you want to buy multiple tokens.
- then you need to click on Buy CENTAURI and click on Confirm in the Hive Keychain window
If you have 1 or more CENTAURI tokens in your Hive Engine wallet and want to open them you must first transfer the CENTAURI tokens from your Hive Engine wallet to your in-game wallet at https://arcadecolony.com/packs.
At https://arcadecolony.com/packs you have to click on Transfer
.
Then you need to enter the quantity of tokens you want to transfer in-game.
Then you have to select Hive Engine.
Then you have to click on Transfer In.
Then you have to click on Confirm in the Hive Keychain window.
When you have 1 or more CENTAURI in-game you can go to Moon Karts to open them.
On Moon Karts there is the My Packs section that you have to click on to enter.
Then you have to click on Open Now
On the next screen you have to choose whether to use Gold Fluxes and Legendary Fluxes or not.
In the next screenshot you can see what are the odds of finding a legendary card (0.8%) and a Gold foil card (4%) in a single CENTAURI pack.

If to open 1 CENTAURI pack you use 5 Gold Flux the probability of finding a Gold card doubles: 4% -> 8%
If to open 1 CENTAURI pack you use 5 Legendary Flux the probability of finding a Legendary card doubles: 0.8% -> 1.6%

After you have chosen whether to purchase fluxes or not:

you need to enter the quantity of packs you want to open

then you have to click on Open Packs
Yesterday, May 26, I purchased 5 CENTAURI tokens on Hive Engine and after doing the steps I showed you in this post I went to Moon Karts and clicked on Open packs to open them.

I chose to use 25 Gold Fluxes and not use Legendary Fluxes.
In the next images you can see the 25 cards I found inside 5 CENTAURI packs.
Thanks to the NFTs I found in the CENTAURI packs I opened today I will be able to improve my Kart preset stats and I will be able to increase FUEL production but these will be the topics of two of my next posts about Moon Karts.

Sono diversi mesi che gioco e mi diverto su Moonkarts che è un Hive-based arcade race game che fa parte dei giochi presenti sulla piattaforma Arcade Colony.
Se non conosci Moon Karts puoi leggere la guida che ho scritto di recente in cui ho spiegato come iniziare a giocare indicando anche tutti i requisiti iniziali.

Su Moon Karts gli NFT hanno un ruolo importante perchè:
- costituiscono il Kart Preset e le statistiche degli NFT equipaggiati nel Kart Preset si sommano per definire le statistiche totali utilizzabili nel gioco.
- se messi in staked nella sezione Auto Vault producono il FUEL che è un elemento di gioco necessario per giocare nella modalità multiplayer, per competere con gli altri giocatori e per guadagnare le ricompense di gioco.
Gli NFT di Moon Karts possono essere acquistati singolarmente nel Market oppure possono essere trovati nei CENTAURI packs che contengono 5 carte.
Oggi 27 maggio 2025 non è possibile acquistare i CENTAURI packs nello SHOP di Moon Karts perchè i pacchi sono Sold Out.
L'unico modo per acquistare 1 CENTAURI pack è utilizzare Hive Engine nel quale sono in vendita i token CENTAURI (la versione tokenizzata dei CENTAURI packs).
Per acquistare 1 CENTAURI packs su Hive Engine:
- devi andare su https://hive-engine.com/
- poi devi cliccare su Login

Se hai 1 o più CENTAURI token nel tuo Hive Engine wallet e vuoi aprirli devi prima trasferire i token CENTAURI dal tuo Hive Engine wallet al tuo in-game wallet su https://arcadecolony.com/packs.
Su https://arcadecolony.com/packs devi cliccare su Transfer
Poi devi inserire il quantitativo di token che vuoi trasferire in game
Poi devi selezione Hive Engine
Poi devi cliccare su Transferi In
Poi devi cliccare su Confirm nella finestra di Hive Keychain
Quando hai 1 o più CENTAURI in-game puoi andare su Moon Karts per aprirli.
Su Moon Karts c'è la sezione My Packs su cui devi cliccare per entrare.
Poi devi cliccare su Open Now
Nella schermata successiva devi scegliere se utilizzare i Gold Flux e i Legendary Flux oppure no.
Nel prossimo screenshot puoi vedere quali sono le probabilità di trovare una carta leggendaria (0.8%) e una carta Gold foil (4%) in un singolo CENTAURI pack.

Se per aprire 1 CENTAURI pack utilizzi 5 Gold Flux la probabilità di trovare una carta Gold raddoppia: 4% -> 8%
Se per aprire 1 CENTAURI pack utilizzi 5 Legendary Flux la probabilità di trovare una carta leggendaria raddoppia: 0.8% -> 1.6%

Ieri 26 maggio ho acquistato 5 CENTAURI token su Hive Engine e dopo aver fatto i passi che ti ho mostrato in questo post sono andato su Moon Karts e ho cliccato su Open packs per aprirli.

Ho scelto di utilizzare 25 Gold Flux e di non utilizzare i Legendary Flux.
Nelle prossime immagini puoi vedere le 25 carte che ho trovato all'interno di 5 CENTAURI packs.
Grazie agli NFT che ho trovato nei CENTAURI packs che ho aperto oggi potrò migliorare le statistiche del mio Kart preset e potrò aumentare la produzione di FUEL ma questi saranno gli argomenti di due miei prossimi post su Moon Karts.
