¿Talento o Trabajo Duro?
¿Que es más importante?
Cuando has escuchado “es que él tiene talento” “es que el tubo suerte y por eso está donde está” pero seguro que “él ha trabajado duro para lograrlo” no llegan ni a la mitad de veces que escuchamos la dos frases anteriores.
Y si, creo que la mayoría hemos pensado esto, en que a veces la gente tiene suerte y le va bien en lo que hace, son felices y sobretodo pues ganan bien con ello, pero es lo único que vemos porque en muchos casos también la gente trabajador para conseguirlo, nadie se sienta a ver El Progreso de alguien desde 0, sólo vemos el resultado final que es el éxito o el camino ya seguro al éxito, por eso tal vez nuestra realidad está alterada en cuanto a estos temas y todo lo relacionamos con “Talento”, “Facilidad para hacerlo”, o “suerte”.
Hay que tocar un tema bastante importante antes de de responder esta pregunta, hay gente que por más que trabaje duro no logra su objetivo como hay gente que a veces se le facilita un poco más, todo depende de las circunstancias y del entorno en el que vivas, no sé si es algo de destino o no se, pero no todas las personas que trabajan duro lo logra no todos sus objetivos y cumplir sus sueños, y se que sueña bastante triste, pero hay personas que por más duro que trabajen no se les da, así que eso es una realidad que no podemos omitir aquí.
Así que realmente creo que son dos cosas se van de la mano, no es más importante el talento ni mucho menos trabajar duro, sino lo sabemos equilibrar.
Aquí un ejemplo:
Vemos a un chico que le encanta el arte pero en el país en donde esta no logra expandirse como él sueña, así que comienza a trabajar en otra cosa y su arte se vuelve más un hobbie que su estilo de vida.
En esta situación hay dos cosas que podrían pasar, su arte llega a las personas indicadas y se vuelve un increíble artista o sigue como hobbie pero aún así tiene un reconocimiento mucho más pequeño.
También está el caso de qué a veces queríamos estudiar algo y nos moríamos por estudiar esa carrera pero terminamos escogiendo la segunda opción o la tercera opción que teníamos, y realmente nos terminamos tanto aunque no era nuestro sueño principalmente nos apasiona tanto como el primero, entonces también se trata de adaptarse un poquito a las circunstancias que se nos presentan pero claro, sin llegar al conformismo.
Así que lo importante aquí es que siempre sigas trabajando duro para crecer y si se te facilita, con más razón hay que esforzarnos, trabajar duro para entonces ser el mejor, porque muchas veces cuando algo se nos facilita, nos llegamos a rebajar. La vida es un balance constante en todo, es importante disfrutarla, esforzarnos y sobre todo ser feliz, adaptarnos y seguir adelante, amar lo que hacemos y no rendirnos con menos, nosotros sabemos de que somos capaces, que podemos lograr, tu mismo te pones tus límites.
Talent or Hard Work?

When you have heard “he has talent” “he was lucky and that is why he is where he is” but surely “he has worked hard to achieve it” is not even half as many times as we hear the previous two phrases.
And yes, I think most of us have thought this, that sometimes people are lucky and do well in what they do, they are happy and above all because they earn well from it, but it is the only thing we see because in many cases the hardworking people to achieve it, no one sits down to see someone's Progress from scratch, we only see the final result which is success or the already certain path to success, that is why perhaps our reality is altered in terms of these themes and we relate everything to “Talent”, “Ease of doing it”, or “luck”.
We must touch on a very important topic before answering this question, there are people who, no matter how hard they work, do not achieve their goal, and there are people who sometimes find it a little easier, it all depends on the circumstances and the environment in which they live. Wow, I don't know if it's destiny or I don't know, but not all people who work hard achieve all their goals and fulfill their dreams, and I know that they dream quite sadly, but there are people who, no matter how hard they work, can't it gives them, so that is a reality that we cannot omit here.
So I really believe that two things go hand in hand, talent is not more important, much less hard work, but we know how to balance it.
Here's an example:
We see a boy who loves art but in the country where it cannot expand as he dreams, so he starts working on something else and his art becomes more of a hobby than his lifestyle .
In this situation there are two things that could happen, his art reaches the right people and he becomes an incredible artist or he continues as a hobby but still has much less recognition.
There is also the case that sometimes we wanted to study something and we were dying to study that career but we ended up choosing the second option or the third option that we had, and we really finished as much even though it was not our dream, mainly we are as passionate about it as the first one, so It is also about adapting a little to the circumstances that are presented to us, but of course, without reaching conformity.
So the important thing here is that you always continue working hard to grow and if it becomes easier for you, all the more reason to make an effort, work hard to then be the best, because many times when something is made easier for us, we lower ourselves. Life is a constant balance in everything, it is important to enjoy it, make efforts and above all be happy, adapt and move forward, love what we do and not give up with less, we know what we are capable of, what we can achieve, you put yourself your limits.
