Hola amigos como están ustedes? ❤️ hoy les comparto un rico pollo salteado muy rico, sano y saludable, especial la comer los niños.
🍗 Ingredients:
2 chicken breast fillets.
Salt to taste.
Oil as needed.
1 garlic clove.

Aceite el necesario.
1 ajo.
🍗 Preparation:
Start by chopping the pre-washed fillets into sticks, adding salt and finely crushed garlic.
In a frying pan, add about 2 tablespoons of oil and heat it on the stove. Once it's hot, add the chicken pieces and stir until they're partially browned. At this point, cover and cook over very low heat until they sweat a little. Let them dry again. The chicken is tender and very tasty. Serve with white rice.
🍗 Preparación:
Comenzamos picando en bastones los filetes, los cuales estaban bien lavados previamente, les colocamos la sal y el ajo muy bien machacados.
En una sartén le colocamos unas 2 cucharadas de aceite y lo ponemos a calentar en la estufa, al estar bien caliente colocamos los trozos de pollo y les damos vuelta y vuelta hasta que estén parcialmente dorados, en este momento lo tapamos a fuego muy bajo hasta que se suden un poco y los dejamos secar nuevamente, el pollo queda tiernos y muy sabroso, luego procedemos a servirlo acompañado de un arroz blanco.
