Two months. Though it seems like a fleeting event in the big scheme of a life, it can be a time when the pressures of life force sports and other cherished activities to the margins.
My priorities have been on tending to my father's hospital stay for the previous few months. Now that he is gratefully back home, the moment has come to lace my gloves and resume more intense exercise.
But today's return to my beloved kickboxing has an extra layer of excitement. In these past two months, I've not only transitioned from iOS to Android but also acquired a smartwatch that I'm eager to test out during this first workout.
Before I push myself through the next hour, I've set my watch, a thrill of anticipation bubbling up to see its data at the class's end.
The beauty of it all is the seamless overview I'll get on my phone, a comprehensive record of everything my smartwatch captures. While similar options likely exist within the iOS ecosystem, I never explored them, as Apple's smartwatch designs never resonated with me aesthetically.
However, I am absolutely thrilled with my Galaxy Watch 7. It's been a truly fantastic purchase.
Check out my results below.
It was a challenging workout. The two-month hiatus has definitely made its mark on my conditioning.
Time to get back to work!
Goodnight everyone, and wishing you a healthy tomorrow.
Wishing you all the best in life and much health.
