Panner paratha stuffed flatbread or paratha is a famous indian cuisine. This is a delightful and nutritious recipe , best for breakfast but you can also have it for lunch. Panner is a good source of protein and this paratha gives energy for the whole day. The taste of the paratha is just superb and we feel full and satisfied after having it.
The recipe is simple, make stuffing with grated panner , chopped onion and add some herbs. Now using this stuffing make paratha / flatbread and enjoy this delightful food.

INGREDIENTS ✅

Wheat flour 1 1/2 cup

Panner 1 cup

Onion 2-3 finaly chopped

Green chilli 1 tsp finaly chopped

Ginger paste 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Black paper powder 1 tsp
-
Chaat masala 1 tsp
-
Red chilli flakes 1 - 2 tsp
-
Garam masala one pinch
-
Butter/ghee
-
Green coriander leaves
PROCESS ✅
STEP 1 :
First took wheat flour and adding water make a dough. Make a normal dough, not much hard nor soft. Greese with oil , cover it and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 2 :
Now grate the panner. I made fresh panner at home so i just crushed it.

Chopped the onion , green chilli. Grate the ginger and add all in the panner bowl.
Also add all herbs like salt, papper, red chilli flakes, garam masala, chat masala and mix all.
Make sure to make dry filling. Otherwise your paratha become soggy. Add herbs when you goona make partha. If you found its not dry add roasted gram flour in it.
STEP 3 :
Now divide dough in the equal portions and roll out it with the help of rolling pin.
First dust the ball with flour, rolled a small circle. Fill the stuffing, fold the edge and cover it like a ball again.
Now again dust with flour and roll out the partha .
STEP 4 :
Now heat a tawa , put that paratha on tawa , cook the paratha using ghee or butter. Cook it till it turns golden brown from both side.
Make all paratha like this.
You can cut into 2 or 4 portion or can serve it as it is.
Enjoy these delicious paartha with curd , pickle, green chilli or tea.
I love to have it with curd and pickle. Usually i made this for sunday breakfast, so we feel full for a long time.
