Hello to all lovers of good cooking, flavors and much more, I would like to share with you the preparation of some delicious berry beans Aragüeño style, respecting the cooking method of each person. There are many ways and styles to prepare it, depending on the tastes of each person.
I am going to prepare them in a simple way with few ingredients and they are exquisite.

  • 1/2 kilo of berry beans

  • 1/4 kilo of chicharrón flour

  • 1 smoked chorizo

  • 1/2 half onion

  • 2 chili peppers

  • 1/2 bell pepper

  • coriander

  • salt to taste

  • various spices

As I am going to prepare the beans in an electric pot, I put the water to heat, while I proceed to clean and remove the dirt from the beans.

Then I washed them twice, and then I added them to the pot with the hot water, the good thing is that this kind of beans are soft.

Once I add the beans to the pot, I cover and wait for it to boil, and then I add a pinch of baking soda, I use this to make them softer and faster, it also helps to avoid stomach gas when eating them.

After half an hour cooking, I proceed to strain and remove the water, grandmother's secret, this is so that it does not hurt us and avoid gases and then return again to the crock pot and add water for half an hour more.

While the beans continue to cook, I proceed to chop the ingredients of the seasonings, then I assemble a pan with oil, once it is very hot over low heat, I add the chicharrón and then incorporate the smoked chorizo, I wait about three minutes for both flavors to compact and brown, I add the rest of the seasonings, to this I also add a pinch of ajinomoto, pepper, five spices, a teaspoon of vinegar and soy sauce, I leave about two more minutes and set aside.

Once the beans are soft and tender, I proceed to add the prepared dressing, leaving an exquisite smell, I let it boil for fifteen more minutes so that all the flavors mix well.

Finally after about ten more minutes, turned off and removed, I proceed to serve and show the presentation # 01 and # 02.
Ready to taste, leaving a super cool continuation of flavors.
