Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. How is your day? I hope you are having a good day. This question is very interesting. How many hours or how long can you contact your cellphone? Before answering this question, I want to add a question, can you live without a cellphone?

The answer is yes. I reflect on my life before, without a cellphone. Life without a cellphone and social media is fun. I play a lot with my friends. Enjoy the day without touching viral things. It feels fun. Living in a sophisticated era, how many hours can I live without a cellphone?

Cellphones are sometimes also tools for work. Especially in communicating with friends or family. In the name of work, it is difficult for us to be separated from cellphones. This year, I took a challenge to live without a cellphone for more than two hours. Was it successful?

Last year, I lived without a cellphone once a week. At least my prayer hours were free from my cellphone. This is part of me to detox. Yes, detox from cellphone addiction or whatever. Since last year, I feel like I live like a job that is being chased. It feels like dying but alive. Living but I feel dead. Since having that feeling, I reduced social media. Then, my phone.

I started ignoring some messages and replying to them later. That is, living without my phone The situation started to improve. This year, almost every morning I do that. If I am in Jakarta, I walk without my phone. I also started focusing the notes in my phone to a book.

Long ago, I always wrote down everything in my phone. My phone also became full of applications. And it felt like everything was very important. Only sleeping I can do without my phone. This year, in the morning after waking up and praying, I start the day by walking. It feels calm, living without a phone.

I can see many changes in Jakarta. It turns out, every day there are changes around me. One of them, new food stores and others. Usually, I like to capture many things on my phone, but after I did that, I captured it in my memory. It feels beautiful, remembering it in my memory.

At first it was quite strange, but living without a phone feels fun. I can pay more attention to my surroundings, how people interact. Then, see how the market conditions are, and the hustle and bustle of Jakarta in the morning. It may feel a little different, but it turns out to be fun to live without a cellphone.

And more importantly, living without a cellphone, it turns out we can be calmer and more relaxed. I also often joke with my friends, and we also greet each other. I plan to increase activities like this more often. Maybe one whole day of living without a cellphone.

I think this is part of detox. Mental health is more important right now. I want to live a more balanced life. That's all I can tell you, see you in another story. How are you?
