It was not just another day, it was mother's day, I know we should celebrate all year round but a day was chosen especially for us and for some reason it has to be so, in my country it was last Sunday and it was a good time to get together at my maternal grandmother's house to share a delicious meal all together, although we meet very often we never overlook any occasion.
My dad went for some roasted chickens at the request of my mom who doesn't want to eat anything other than chicken and although I wanted a Chinese rice, I left it to her choice so she would be happy because she has been in a bad mood the last few days, the chicken came with salad, arepas and hand cheese, my dad prepared at home a chimichurri and good thing he did because the roast was not so juicy, we ate at my grandmother's house and although the seats at the table are insufficient we always eat very close to each other, like the family we are.
We spent the whole afternoon together in front of my grandmother's house, my dad bought some beers specially for my maternal grandmother (his mother-in-law) that he likes a lot, he always looks for her to be happy because my paternal grandmother (his mom) is already in Papa God's house, I accompanied them and took a few because it was very hot, we also took some pictures, with my mom, grandmother and aunt, for posterity.
This day I received many gifts from all the family, my brother in law, my comadre and my aunt's boyfriend, I liked each one of them because they made me feel very special, for me there is no small gift but special people by my side making me very happy just by having the detail.
I hope the love always manifests itself with the company and warmth of my family without them and the girls, I could not celebrate this day.

¡Hola familia y amigos! Deseo se encuentren de maravilla, quiero compartirles como estuvo el día de las madres acompañada de mi familia.
No fue un día más, fue día de las madres, se que deberíamos celebrar todo el año pero se eligió un día especialmente para nosotras y por alguna razón tiene que ser así, en mi país fue el domingo pasado y fue un buen momento para juntarnos en casa de mi abuela materna a compartir una deliciosa comida todos juntos, aunque nos reunimos muy seguido nunca dejamos pasar por alto ninguna ocasión.
Mi papá fue por unos pollos asados a petición de mi mamá que no quiere comer otra cosa que no sea pollo y aunque yo quería un arroz chino, lo deje a su elección para que estuviera contenta porque ha estado de mal humor en los últimos días, el pollo venía con ensalada, arepas y queso de mano, mi papá preparó en casa un chimichurri y que bueno que lo hizó porque el asado no estaba tan jugoso, comimos en casa de mi abuela y si bien los puestos en la mesa son insuficientes siempre comemos muy cerca de los otros, como la familia que somos.
Pasamos toda la tarde juntos en el frente de la casa de mi abuela, mi papá compro unas cervezas especialmente para mi abuela materna (su suegra) que le gustan mucho, él siempre busca que ella esta contenta porque mi abuela paterna (su mamá) ya se encuentra en la casa de Papá Dios, yo les acompañe y tomé unas pocas porque había mucho calor, también hicimos algunas fotos, con mi mamá, abuela y tía, para la posteridad.
Este día recibí muchos regalos por parte de toda la familia, mi cuñado, mi comadre y el novio de mi tía, me gustó cada uno de ellos porque me hicieron sentir muy especial, para mi no hay regalo pequeño sino personas especiales a mi lado haciéndome muy feliz con solo tener el detalle.
Espero el cariño siempre se manifieste con la compañía y el calor de mi familia sin ellos y las niñas, no podría celebrar este día.
