Patac贸n is my favorite dish from my state's cuisine. It's the perfect combination of green plantains, shredded meat, vegetables, ham, and cheese, which produces an explosion of flavors and a variety of textures on the palate.
I wanted to go get one because I hadn't eaten patac贸n in several months, so I visited Esquina del Tumbarrancho. Although their specialty is tumbarranchos, they also make divine patacones, full of flavor and with all the ingredients. This time, I chose chicken as my protein, but it was still delicious.
I could eat patac贸n all the time and never get tired of it.

Quer铆a ir por uno, porque ten铆a varios meses sin comer patac贸n, as铆 que visit茅 la Esquina del Tumbarrancho qu茅 aunque su fuerte es la preparaci贸n de tumbarranchos tambi茅n elaboran patacones divinos, llenos de sabor y no le niegan ning煤n ingrediente, aunque esta vez mi elecci贸n de prote铆na fue el pollo, pero no dej贸 de estar riqu铆simo.
Podr铆a comer patac贸n todo el tiempo y no cansarme.
