Well this time I will invite you to make crispy fried sausages. It tastes very good and this is my first time processing sausage like this.
I found this method during a visit to a friend's house, he served fried sausage to his son and I was asked to taste it. The taste is indeed beyond my expectations, it turns out that sausages can be processed into various preparations including fried in this way. Now because I just tried it for the first time, maybe I will feel a little difficult when cutting the sausage later. Because in my opinion sausages are more easily broken when cut into small pieces.

200 grams fanir flour
100 grams wheat flour
