Today I'm telling you about my adventure to reach 5000 steps on this beautiful platform, only this time it was a little more special, getting up early to be able to train a little, since I usually activate my body physically to be 100 percent for the rest of the morning. I did about 200 jump ropes and some pull-ups with a bar dip to not only activate my cardiovascular system, but also my muscles, and then I rested a little, took a shower and prepared for what was about to come. I got ready and changed to go to a special cooking class at my university, Fogón Gourmet, in which they would introduce us for the first time to a Brazilian food dish, a cuisine that had interested me for a long time and that I was quite excited to try. We made a Brazilian feijoada, which I loved and its preparation to my liking was wonderful. Then we made a sapicao, which is a salad with corn, peas, shredded chicken and some other things, but its touch with French fries was what caught my attention the most and, at the end, we made a cassava bolo, which is a quite delicious dessert made with yuca, which honestly didn't look very good at first, but when I tried it it made me eat my words. At the end we showed the class what we had made and our evaluation ended, so I returned home a little late, but on time to give my dear mother on this Mother's Day some of my preparations so that she wouldn't have to generate any effort in the kitchen. I loved the dish and, together with my sister and my mother, we went to Michelena to visit some aunts whom I hadn't seen for a long time and it made me nostalgic and happy to greet them again. At the end of the day we had a family dinner with a small cake to close this day with a flourish A beautiful day, not just for studying or learning, but more so for sharing with my dear mother, who gave me life.
