Yes, I thought of making scrambled eggs and tofu as a healthy source of protein and also adding carrots and pak choi as a source of fiber, basically my cooking this time is really healthy, contains lots of fiber and protein needed by the body.

2 eggs
1 box of tofu
1 stalk of celery
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
