There are a lot of uncertainties and fears surrounding the so-called crypto regulatory bill that is supposed to be presented during the winter session of the Indian parliament.

Okay, I am not going into the legal details because I simply did not bother to read all the FUD news and also because I am not an expert in such stuff. I am just an ordinary homemaker who got into crypto while searching for some paid to do jobs online. Of course, when the internet and online websites were recognized by the government, did they not realize that day would not be far behind when paper money would be history?

It was this very same government that declared the old currency notes to be changed overnight.

Change is always good and crypto is good news, not bad news. Cryptocurrency is transparent and can be always searched online. Gone are the days of dusty office buildings where old files have to be searched for ancient transactions or legal papers.

So, if in case crypto is banned forever by the government, why not consider introducing hive to my local vendors.

Thanks to @inuke for the idea

भाई, दो किलो भिंडी देना 2 हाइव के बदले which means - Bhai(brother) Give me two kilos of Okra(ladies finger) for two hive.

So, back to serious thinking.

It is not a joke when I said that we need hive to buy our local stuff. Of course, I cannot buy splinterlands monsters local but I do need groceries and stuff and for that, I need money and my money is in crypto and it ain't black money. It is hard-earned by writing and playing.

I really wish there comes a day when I can go to the local store and buy stuff like biscuits with Dec or Hive or HBD. It would be cool to have a machine that just accepted hive or other such cryptos.

Coins based on hive do not have huge transaction fees either and it would be easy for the people to handle cryptos such as hive. The governments too would benefit from it.

Is it too hard to accept crypto as a reality?

Cryptocurrency is a reality and it is high time modern governments accepted it. The governments are elected by the people and it is the interest of the people that should be taken into account. Central banks always want people to be debtors and crypto is helping the common man and this is probably why the bank is opposing it.

I am not a defaulter nor will I ever be. I am not a person who deals with black money either and there are scores of people like me who just want to live a normal life in the midst of all this covid crisis. I am sure the government will consider the pleas of the people and introduce a law that accepts crypto and we are ready to pay taxes and as I already pointed out, every crypto transaction is recorded and there is nothing dubious about it.
