These are the highlights of my recent trip to Boston, Mass. What a great city. I would love to go back and explore more of its history, architecture, art and food.

Freedom Trail
I was transported to Colonial Boston as I walked the Freedom Trail and saw and learned about the people and places that affected the founding of the United States.

Boston Public Library
I love the Library of Congress in DC and now the Boston Public Library is on my favorite places in Boston list!

Trinity Church
This church was a jewel that I found out about while in Boston and is across from the Boston Public Library. It is beautiful Richardsonian Romanesque church with amazing art, especially the stained glass windows.

Harvard University
There are 64 colleges and universities in Metropolitan Boston (30 mile radius from Boston's city center). Whitley and I visited Harvard, the oldest university in the US.

Good friends
I was able to spend time with Whitley and her family while in Boston and one night we did a family photo shoot at the Harvard Arboretum.
