¡Holis! ¿Qué tal todo, comunidad? Salí de compras, amigos, a Rio Supermarket porque nos faltaban algunos alimentos en la despensa. Próximamente les mostraré un bizcocho de chocolate que está en proceso de preparación. ¡Amo el chocolate y sé que ustedes amarán la receta e imágenes del mismo!
Salimos en familia; nos encanta salir juntos a hacer las compras, es como una costumbre familiar. Cada uno tiene una misión: mi mamá Rosa se encarga de la carnicería, mi mamá Elba se ocupa de frutas y verduras, mi hermanito Davian de las chuches, y yo de los carbohidratos. Como en esta salida no hacían falta carbohidratos como tal, me dediqué a dar vueltas por todo el supermercado.

We go out as a family; we love going shopping together, it's like a family habit. Each one of us has a mission: my mum Rosa is in charge of the butcher's, my mum Elba takes care of fruit and vegetables, my little brother Davian takes care of the sweets, and I take care of the carbohydrates. As we didn't need carbohydrates as such on this outing, I just wandered around the supermarket.
Acompañé a mi mamá en la sección de frutas y verduras. Lo que siempre voy a criticar destructivamente de este supermercado es que la lechuga criolla siempre está triste y nos toca comprar la romana. Con respecto al coliflor, nunca he podido comprar allí; siempre está golpeado. Siento que, para ser una cadena de supermercados que tiene constantes compras y un número elevado de personal, descuidan mucho las verduras. Nada comparado con las del supermercado Sigo; son muy frescas y su color es provocativo.
I accompanied my mum to the fruit and vegetable section. What I will always criticise destructively about this supermarket is that the lettuce is always sad and we have to buy romaine. As for the cauliflower, I've never been able to buy there; it's always beaten up. I feel that, for a supermarket chain that has constant shopping and a high number of staff, they neglect vegetables a lot. Nothing compared to the ones in Sigo supermarket; they are very fresh and their colour is provocative.
Como único trabajo que me correspondía, fui a la panadería y esperé un par de minutos para que los panes franceses estuviesen listos porque las canillas que estaban embolsadas parecían un bate de béisbol. La verdad, no soporté siete años de ortodoncia para perder un diente por un pan canilla.
Fui a la zona de especias, mi lugar preferido del supermercado después de la zona de cuidado personal, obvio, y compré maíz BBQ picante; se los recomiendo.
As my only job, I went to the bakery and waited a couple of minutes for the French breads to be ready because the bagged shins looked like a baseball bat. I really didn't put up with seven years of orthodontics to lose a tooth over a shin loaf.
I went to the spice area, my favourite place in the supermarket after the personal care area, of course, and bought some spicy BBQ corn; I recommend it.
Este chocolate que ven aquí es súper delicioso y el precio no está nada mal. No compré porque tengo malos recuerdos que se resumen en tener la cara brotada de espinillas por comerme uno de estos, sola en una noche de estrés redactando mí trabajo de investigación.

This chocolate you see here is super delicious and the price is not bad at all. I didn't buy it because I have bad memories of having a pimple on my face from eating one of these, alone on a stressful night writing my research paper.
