Bueno, este parque del que les voy a hablar está ubicado en Madrid muy cerca de la estación Principe Pío y estuvo cerrado un tiempo por algunas reformas (que aún no concluyen del todo) pero bueno ya habilitaron gran parte del lugar para que las personas entren e incluso consuman alimentos en un restaurante que está adentro. Fui con mi amiga Milagros y su esposo Antonio que son como mis padres adoptivos por cariño jejeje. Yo ya había ido antes pero ahora que tengo mejor teléfono puedo tomar mejores fotitos y compartirlas por acá
Well, this park I'm going to tell you about is located in Madrid very close to the Principe Pío station and it was closed for a while for some renovations (which aren't completely finished yet) but they've already opened a large part of the place so people can enter and even eat in a restaurant inside. I went with my friend Milagros and her husband Antonio who are like my adoptive parents out of affection hehehe. I had been there before but now that I have a better phone I can take better photos and share them here.
Recuerdo que cuando llegué a España los conocí en Valdemoro y desde entonces nuestra amistad ha durado todo este tiempo y bueno ya teníamos como 6 meses que no nos veíamos así que coordinamos todo y gracias a Dios pudimos vernos nuevamente y compartir una tarde amena.
I remember that when I arrived in Spain I met them in Valdemoro and since then our friendship has lasted all this time. Well, we hadn't seen each other for about 6 months, so we coordinated everything and, thank God, we were able to see each other again and share a pleasant afternoon.
El parque es súper bello, tiene una vista hacia el palacio real súper espectacular con varias fuentes y un césped muy pero muy verde, este parque lo están cuidando a tal punto que no se permite hacer picnic en el césped ni que los visitantes lo pisen o se sienten.
The park is super beautiful, it has a super spectacular view of the royal palace with several fountains and a very, very green lawn. This park is so well cared for that picnicking on the grass is not allowed, nor is it allowed for visitors to step on it or sit on it.
Actualmente ya estamos en la época de verano pero eso no quiere decir que no estén las flores, hay algunas que florecen también en esta estación del año como estás blancas por ejemplo e incluso varias rosas siguen en su auge de floración muy precioso.
We are currently in the summer season, but that doesn't mean the flowers aren't there. Some also bloom during this time of year, like these white ones, for example, and even several roses are still in their blooming prime, which is very beautiful.
Mi esposito y yo nos tomamos estás fotitos en este puente que tiene el parque que está súper bonito, milagros nos tenía con el cuento de que nos veíamos bonitos y todo eso 😅🤭
My husband and I took these photos on this bridge in the park, which is super pretty. He kept telling us how pretty we looked and all that 😅🤭
El chalet del corcho, está pequeña estructura está en este parque y está muy bonita para tomarse fotos. Desconozco lo que hay adentro o todo el contexto histórico lo que sé es que es súper antigua más o menos como de 1898 o por ahí no recuerdo bien pero bueno ahí está. Me encanta porque alrededor tiene muchas flores y plantas lo que lo hace un sitio acogedor y muy bonito para tomarse fotos rodeado de la naturaleza del parque.
The Cork Chalet is a small structure located in this park, and it's a beautiful place to take photos. I don't know what's inside or the historical context. What I do know is that it's super old, dating back to around 1898 or so. I don't remember exactly, but it's still there. I love it because it's surrounded by many flowers and plants, making it a cozy and beautiful place to take photos surrounded by the park's nature.
Mi esposo y yo nos encanta tomarnos fotos con este tipo de cosas así de historia, nos gusta mantener recuerdos con fotos así de nuestras aventuras 😁

No sé porqué pero ese día me sentí muy bonita, sentí que podía tomarme muchas fotos sin problema y que podía hacer muchas otras cosas. Amo este tipo de días porque puedo ser yo misma y no sentirme triste o estresada entre tanto caos de la migración, de extrañar a mi familia, de los ataques de asma o ansiedad, etc.
I don't know why, but that day I felt so beautiful. I felt like I could easily take lots of photos and do so many other things. I love these days because I can be myself and not feel sad or stressed amidst all the chaos of migration, missing my family, asthma attacks, anxiety, etc.
