Hello and hiiii. Cat(harina) here again. 🐱 Thank you for finding the time to take a break and stopping here at my fanart post today. I hope you like what you see.
As I naturally want to develop myself artistically, but also want to offer the Holozing community a post with creative added value, I decided to do an animation today in which I set various factors “in motion”. I don't want to give too much away in advance. I also made an animated thumbnail for a change. Unfortunately the quality is poorer, because otherwise it would have been more than 15 MB and only a maximum of 15 MB can be uploaded here. Could you change that? 😅 Would be great to be able to upload gifs with a larger amount of data.
But anyway, have a look at the creation process of my fanart today.

Hallo liebe Kunst Crew, Hive Gemeinde und Holozing Fans,
Servus und Hallöchen. Hier wieder mal Cat(harina). 🐱 Danke, dass du Zeit gefunden hast und mal kurz bei meinem heutigen Fanart Post pausierst. Ich hoffe dir gefällt, was du siehst.
Da ich mich selber natürlich künstlerisch weiterentwickeln möchte, aber auch der Holozing Gemeinschaft einen Post mit krearivem Mehrwert bieten möchte, entschied ich mich heute zu einer Animation, bei der ich diverse Faktoren "in Bewegung" gesetzt habe. Ich will noch nicht zu viel vorweg verraten. Auch habe ich mal zur Abwechslung ein animiertes Thumbnail gemacht. Leider schlechterer Qualität, da es sonst mehr wie 15 MB gewesen wären und hier nur maximal 15 MB hochgeladen werden können. Könnte man das ändern? 😅 Wäre klasse, gifs mit größerer Datenmenge hochladen zu können.
Aber ganz gleich, schaut selbst den heutigen Entstehungsprozess meiner Fanart.Ich freu mich über euer kreatives Feedback.
I started with the background today, the balls are still pink, but I'll change this color to blue later, because it's supposed to represent the element water. Big, fat balls of water.
Then I started drawing my depiction of the female water healer based on the original template. I only changed the hairstyle. Otherwise, all the main details were retained.
Ich habe erstmal mit dem Hintergrund heute angefangen, zwar sind die Kugeln noch rosa, doch diese Farbe ändere ich im späteren Verlauf zu blau, weil es ja das Element Wasser repräsentieren soll. Fette, große Wasserkugeln.
Danach fing ich an, meine Darstellung der weiblichen Wasserheilerin nach der original Vorlage zu zeichnen. Ich habe nur die Frisur mal anders gemacht. Sonst sind alle Hauptdetails beibehalten worden.

The idea was to include Walli in the animated picture at the end to match the water healer and, of course, the element of water. So first draw it as well as possible.
Es sollte, passend zur Wasserheilerin und natürlich dem Element Wasser auch noch Walli ins animierte Bild am Ende. Also erstmal so gut es geht diesen zeichnen.
So, Walli is finished so far. Now a few finishing touches to the main character.
So, Walli ist soweit fertig. Nun noch ein paar feine Zeichenarbeiten am Hauptcharakter.
What follows now are all the modified images for my gif animation. Walli will jump into the picture, which is an animation.
Was jetzt folgt sind alle abgeänderten Bilder für meine Gif Animation. Walli wird ins Bild springen, was eine Animation ist.
But there are two more animations to follow.
Doch es folgen noch zwei weitere Animationen.
The water should splash into the healer's face. This is the second animation.
Das Wasser soll der Heilerin ins Gesicht spritzen. Das ist die zweite Animation.
And since all good things come in threes, the third animation is the closing of the eyes because of the water separators.
What do you think? This time I animated three parts. They're only 2 seconds or so, but - hey - that's a start, right?
Und da bekanntlich alle guten Dinge drei sind, die dritte Animation ist das schließen der Augen wegen den Wasserspeitzer.
Was sagt ihr dazu? Diesmal habe ich drei Stellen animiert. Sind zwar nur 2 Sekunden oder so, aber - hey - schonmal ein Anfang oder?
