Today I brought you a delicious recipe that is pleasing to the eye and can be prepared quickly. This is really delicious. Delicious food that can be eaten very fresh. That's the carrot salad. Let's see how to make this ribbon carrot salad that is cut in a different way.
Ingredients;
- About two long-shaped carrots
- About one medium-sized large onion
- About two pods of green chillies
- A handful pennywort leaves
- About half a teaspoon of lemon juice
- About a handful of scraped coconut
- About 1/4 teaspoon of chilli flakes
- About half a teaspoon of salt powder
The method of making;
Cut the two carrots that have been thoroughly washed and cleaned into long pieces using a piller as shown in the picture. Now every house has this small device called piller.
Add to a bowl of water immediately after cutting. Because to prevent the astringency of carrots from appearing.
Now we wash and clean the pencil leaves very finely, green chillies into very small pieces and big onions into long shapes.
Put the carrot pieces in water for two to three minutes, strain the water and transfer it to another bowl.
Now add chopped onions, green chillies and pennywort leaves.
Then add grated coconut.
After that add chilli pieces and salt powder.
At the end add lemon juice and stir everything very gently. Do not stir tightly. Because the freshness here can change the real taste.
Ribbon carrot salad can be called as a delicious salad that can be made quickly and tasted freshly. This is often called ribbon according to the way we grate and cut the carrots here.
