Greetings everyone. Here in the Municipality of Manticao, we always conducted an Agri-fair activities on which all Barangays are obliged to join the activities by bringing lots of crops, fruits and delicacies from each place. For today's blog of mine in part of #monomad challenge, I will share the wonderful black and white photos of Agri-fair 2025 here in Manticao, Misamis Oriental. This kind of activities are very fun and enjoyable. We can see lots of fruits that popular on each place. Aside of that, a cheap and low prices of each products produced in the Municipality. Manticao is a place were lots of agricultural plants like crops, fruits and other valuable plants can be seen and found.
The Local Government here in Manticao decided to built this simple structure made of light materials like Nipa, bamboo pieces, lumbers and some round tembers.
They decided to constructed three booths and classified those products according to its categories like fruits, crops, delicious delicacies and many more. All of the products can be seen here in Manticao are already displayed so everyone will know what are the most popular products here at the Municipality. Lots of vegetables, like cocumbers, Kangkong plants, squash, sweet potatoes, Eggplants, string beans, alugbati vegetables and even Pechay. All of the mentioned vegetables are found here in Manticao.
For the fruits and crops they also displayed Jackfruits, ripe bananas, manggoes, starfruits, Senigwelas, watermelon, Tomatoes, Coconuts, Cassava crops, Ube and even Camote. They also displayed vinegar sauce added with hot chilli pepper and spices like onions and Garlic. The Products here in Manticao specially those popular products are displayed. It will be very interesting to see those products displayed at the top of the tables. They also displayed buko fruits, Juices, Banana que, and other Pinoy snacks here at the booth.
They also have durian, one of the most popular fruits not only in Davao but also here at the Municipality particularly at the Mountainous part of Manticao. This Durian cost 50 Pesos and as We scaled, the durian fruits reached up to Three Kilos. Many loves to eat Durian in fact durian candies are also displayed in here.
Saba Is a kind of bananas good for boiling it and a perfect snacks also. Manticao contains lots of farm land were bananas can be seen and found. This big bananas are hanging on the wail so everyone can be more amazed. All of the crops, and goods can be sell in lowest prices and it will be very worth it. Most of the structures here are filled with bananas including those foundation of structures. Some bananas are reached up to 5 Kilos and lots of people are very amazed. Agri-fair is truly a kind of fun activities, we can see each best fruits, plants and vegetables displayed at the booth. In parts of the activities, special visitors are also at the place. They are one who will witnessed the great activities Manticao. The booth structure was built at the front of the Municipal hall .
One of the most and fascinating can also be seen here are the delicious Bibingka. Bibingka is one of the most popular kind of snacks here at Manticao. This hundreds of Bibingka are free to everyone. After the program, they will give three pieces of bibingka each person. Those bibingka snacks are out well together and a big bamboo basket so it will look very attractive. I ate three pieces of bibingka combined with hot coffee brought at the store. The booth is very attractive because of its unique designs. It is colored with colorful paints and perfect architectural views. Until next post, have a nice day to all of us.
